We are a family-run business providing handcrafted, designer cremation urns and ashes jewelry to families across the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and worldwide - helping each one find the right tribute for their loved one's memory.
We have been supporting families for several years now and have been collecting reviews on Trustpilot since 2022. The reviews you see here come from families in many different countries, and we are honored that they have taken the time to share their experience.
Every family who reaches out to us is welcomed with the same care, whether they're choosing a small keepsake or a piece for a lifetime of remembrance. We treat every order as if it were our own, and our team is here to help at every step - by phone, email, or live chat.
If you would like extra assistance, please feel free to reach out:

Given the sensitive nature of what we do, we understand that many families choose not to leave a review, and that is something we deeply respect. The reviews collected here represent only a small portion of the families we've had the privilege of helping. We are grateful to every family for their trust and their support, whether or not they choose to share their story publicly.
What you can expect from us:
- Handcrafted, designer urns and memorial jewelry chosen with care
- Compassionate support whenever you need it
- Worldwide tracked delivery, with no surprise customs fees
- A small, dedicated team that genuinely cares about your tribute

You are all amazing
You are all amazing, thank you for the perfect commerative urn to remember my best friend. He was known as Cat Dad to my two furballs Mr Bumble and Ronny B. They miss him terribly.
The quality of the urn is beautiful, thank you for a perfect urn . I will send a photo of it when I have had it engraved with Mike's name.

Thank you for sharing this. It means a great deal to know the urn was a fitting way to honour your friend’s memory. My sincere condolences.
Great product, but service could be improved
Urn took more than 3 weeks to be prepared for shipping and then 12 days on the way with very slow courier company FedEx. Other than that urn it self is very elegant and matches the images and description. Thank you for that!
If you are in a hurry, dont rely on 1-2 week offered delivery time from order date.
Meanwhile, the communication with the company was appropriate and they were quite responsive despite our concerns regarding delay

Svar från Urns For Angels
Hi Kārlis,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a balanced and thoughtful review.
You’re absolutely right to flag the delay. While your urn was handcrafted to order, the extended preparation time combined with a courier postcode validation issue meant your delivery took longer than it should have. That’s on us, and I understand how frustrating that is — especially at such a sensitive time.
I’m very pleased to hear that the urn itself met your expectations and matched the images and description. That craftsmanship and accuracy is exactly what we aim to deliver every time.
Since your order, we’ve tightened our international address validation process and reviewed courier routing for EU shipments to prevent similar delays going forward.
Thank you again for your patience, your honest feedback, and for choosing Urns For Angels.
Kind regards,

I love my Jadeite urn which I ordered…
I love my Jadeite urn which I ordered for my darling husband’s ashes. I didn’t want an urn that looks like an urn and this reminds me of a beautiful ginger jar style and the glaze is beautiful and unique. It looks a bit like a globe with islands in the oceans. I also really like how there is a spot to place a tea light in if wished. Communication and customer service could not have been more helpful or thoughtful. Thank you, this is very fitting for such precious contents.

It’s a lovely urn
It’s a lovely urn, but too small for two people’s ashes which is what my search was for 😕
Can’t afford another so it will have to do.
