We are a family-run business providing handcrafted, designer cremation urns and ashes jewelry to families across the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and worldwide - helping each one find the right tribute for their loved one's memory.
We have been supporting families for several years now and have been collecting reviews on Trustpilot since 2022. The reviews you see here come from families in many different countries, and we are honored that they have taken the time to share their experience.
Every family who reaches out to us is welcomed with the same care, whether they're choosing a small keepsake or a piece for a lifetime of remembrance. We treat every order as if it were our own, and our team is here to help at every step - by phone, email, or live chat.

The reviews collected here represent only a small portion of the families we've had the privilege of helping. We are grateful to every family for their trust and their support, whether or not they choose to share their story publicly.
What you can expect from us:
- Handcrafted, designer urns and memorial jewelry chosen with care
- Compassionate support whenever you need it
- Worldwide tracked delivery, with no surprise customs fees
- A small, dedicated team that genuinely cares about your tribute

Beautiful ceramic urn
This was a beautiful ceramic Urn thank you. Took a couple of weeks to come but worth the wait, can tell hand made and lovely quality ceramic. Feels very smooth and nice to touch with the matt finish looks lovely quality unlike some cheaper alluminuim ones i have seen of same design. Worth paying double price for quality ceramic. Mine was for small adult so perfect size for my Mum. I ordered the white teardrop shape with small gold heart in middle. Its beautiful. Definately recommend this business. Thank you so much xx

Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you for such a lovely, detailed review, and I'm so sorry about your mum. You've described exactly why we work the way we do: the white teardrop with the little gold heart is handmade in solid ceramic, which is why it took the couple of weeks it did, and why it feels smooth and substantial in the hand rather than like the cheaper aluminium versions of the same shape. I'm so pleased the size was right for her and that the quality showed. Thank you for trusting us to hold her, and for recommending us.
Excellent service and products

Double Heart Companion Urn
I am very pleased with the double heart companion urn I purchased for my parents. They were married on Valentines Day so, to me the urn is very symbolic. The urn was packaged very well, arrived without any damage and arrived in just a few days. It looks beautiful. I plan to purchase some type of biodegradable product to tie them together when placed in the ocean water. I will recommend Urns For Angels to family and friends

Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry for the loss of both your parents. A double heart companion urn for two people married on Valentine's Day is such a fitting choice, there's real meaning in that, and it's lovely it arrived safely and beautifully to you. If it helps when the time comes, do get in touch and we can point you to a suitable biodegradable option to keep them together for the ocean. Thank you for planning to recommend us, and for trusting us with both of them.
I placed the order
I placed the order, which was confirmed, I was told when the item would be delivered and it was delivered on time; it was well packaged, as the item is fragile and could have been damaged if not packed property.

Bronze ball with diffuser
Bronze ball with diffuser. Very lovely urn which does not look like an urn, well made in Italy.

Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you. You've touched on something we hear often about this one: a piece that holds real meaning without looking like a conventional urn is exactly what a lot of families are looking for. It's beautifully made in Italy, and I'm really glad it was right for you.

Fast delivery; great quality Greyhound urn/statue
Fast delivery, considering overseas shipment. Good communications on response to a question on tracking. Excellent product value for the price.

Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you for taking the time, especially as this one had to travel to you overseas. Getting it to you quickly across that distance, keeping you informed when you had a tracking question, and giving you real value for the price are exactly what we aim for. I'm really pleased the greyhound piece was right for you.
Good company but disappointing product
Good communication throughout and delivered on time. However, although the urn was well made i am disappointed with the colour. It was described as cream but is a pinky peach colour which is not very masculine for my husband's ashes. I am considering returning it.
21 maj 2026
Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you for the kind words on the communication and delivery, and I'm sorry the colour wasn't what you pictured. Cream reading warmer than expected, with that pinky-peach tone, isn't the impression we want our listings to give, especially for your husband's piece, and we've taken it on board to review the colour description and photography so it reflects the true shade more closely. If you're still not settled with it, we'd genuinely welcome hearing from you so we can see what we can do. I'm sorry for the passing of your husband, and grateful you chose us to hold his ashes.

The urn is beautiful but please check
The urn is beautiful but I checked the measurements on what it would hold and my hubby would fit … he didn’t so please please check the fitting guide as the weight against the product is misleading .. I did receive a phone call but sadly nothing they could do but took my views on board

Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you for the kind words about the urn, and I'm sorry it sat smaller against your needs than you expected. I did speak with you personally about this at the time. Your point about the guidance was a fair one, and we've since updated more of the copy in our descriptions and pointed more clearly to our size guide calculator, so the capacity is easier to judge before ordering. I'm sorry we couldn't resolve it the way you'd hoped on this occasion.

Perfect heart shaped urn for mom
It has been a difficult process choosing the correct location & final resting place for mom. We finally found it & you guys. The biodegradable heart shaped urn is absolutely perfect. I couldn't be more happy, ordered delivered & presentation as promised. A difficult process made easier. Mom would have loved her urn. Its so pretty & brings us comfort too. Bonus my dad cant be at the burial hes poorly so wrote a note to attach to the urn in the little frame now attached to the top ready for our goodbye

Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you for sharing something so personal, and I'm so sorry for your mom's passing. Choosing the right resting place is one of the hardest things to get right, so to hear the biodegradable heart was absolutely perfect for her, and that we made a difficult process a little easier, means more than I can say. The note your dad wrote, now tucked into the little frame on top because he can't be at the burial, is a beautiful touch. We'll be thinking of your family as you say goodbye. Thank you for letting us be part of honouring her.
