We are a family-run business providing handcrafted, designer cremation urns and ashes jewelry to families across the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and worldwide - helping each one find the right tribute for their loved one's memory.
We have been supporting families for several years now and have been collecting reviews on Trustpilot since 2022. The reviews you see here come from families in many different countries, and we are honored that they have taken the time to share their experience.
Every family who reaches out to us is welcomed with the same care, whether they're choosing a small keepsake or a piece for a lifetime of remembrance. We treat every order as if it were our own, and our team is here to help at every step - by phone, email, or live chat.

Given the sensitive nature of what we do, we understand that many families choose not to leave a review, and that is something we deeply respect. The reviews collected here represent only a small portion of the families we've had the privilege of helping. We are grateful to every family for their trust and their support, whether or not they choose to share their story publicly.
What you can expect from us:
- Handcrafted, designer urns and memorial jewelry chosen with care
- Compassionate support whenever you need it
- Worldwide tracked delivery, with no surprise customs fees
- A small, dedicated team that genuinely cares about your tribute

We ordered a bracelet which was too small so returned it for a refund. Ordered a larger size, all of which was fine until we had to wait almost a month for our refund. Several emails later and a whole raft of excuses, we eventually received it. We certainly wouldn’t recommend this company :(

Thank you for your review. The replacement side of your order went smoothly, but your refund took longer than it should have, and we're sorry for that. It isn't typical of how we handle returns, and the delay has been looked into. Our owner also called you personally today to apologise directly, and we're glad everything is now fully resolved.

Unique, Well Made, and Highly Recommended
The distinctive urn design immediately stood out to us and was one of the main reasons we decided to buy it. We couldn't find a comparable product from any other company. The urn arrived beautifully crafted and of excellent quality, and we are very happy with our purchase.

Thrilled with Urn
I ordered my pet urn and it arrived beautifully packed (to within an inch of its life) a couple of weeks later.
This purchase was made to replace a ‘rushed decision’ casket (chosen on the saddest of days) however, my original choice wasn’t very fitting for my beautiful girl so I have been looking for a replacement urn for months to reflect her Beauty in the afterlife when I came across Urns for Angels, so thrilled with my Urn, would definitely recommend this Company (Jul26)

Beautiful adult urn
The website was easy to use, the urns are beautiful and such good quality. The urn I ordered is a lovely colour, a colour that signified the person. It arrived within 48 hours and was packed securely. I found the experience that much easier due to the ease of ordering, the confirmation email that came through straight away with comforting words at this most painful time.

Lovely but didn't look like the photo

Svar från Urns For Angels
Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're really glad the Pawprints urn still felt like a lovely tribute once it arrived. We do want the piece you receive to match what you saw when choosing it, so we're sorry this wasn't quite the case here. As each urn is handmade, there can be some natural variation in tone and finish from piece to piece, but we always want that to be a pleasant surprise rather than a disappointing one. We'd like to look into this properly for you, so please do email us at contact@urnsforangels.com with a photo of the piece that arrived, and we'll follow up directly. If you also see a missed call from us, that will be us trying to reach you about this as well.

Not the quality I was expecting for the price paid. Somewhat dissatisfied. That aside, it looks good where we've placed it and the other half is happy. 🥰

Thank you also for taking our call and sharing more detail on this, it's really helpful to understand exactly what didn't feel right. We never want a piece to feel like it fell short of its price, especially with something so personal, so we appreciate you talking it through with us.

We're so sorry for your mum's passing, and thank you for such a lovely review.
It means a great deal to know the urn is fitting for her, and that the wait proved worth it. We're glad the updates helped along the way, and grateful you'd recommend us to others.
Thank you for trusting us with something so precious.
Beautiful urn
Beautiful urn. Love the shape and material. It was too small for all the ashes and this was a small woman. Misled by assurance that small would be big enough. But, it didn’t matter. The sea release off a ferry was beautiful.
3 juli 2026
Svar från Urns For Angels
Katherine, thank you for this. We're glad the shape and material were right, and that her release out at sea off the ferry was as beautiful as it sounds. That matters more than anything else here.
We're sorry the size fell short. Before a cremation, sizing can only ever be an estimate, and that's exactly where families can be caught out, which is a hard thing to discover at the worst possible moment. Afterwards, when the actual volume of ashes is known, it can be matched against the capacity we list in litres on every product page, and that's exact.
We'd like to understand what you were working from at the time. Please do come back to us through our contact page, we'd welcome the chance to look at it properly.
