Hi,
After waiting more than two weeks, I received an awful like doll hair wig for 139£. I’m feeling really bad about this scammer. And I couldn’t get any response from them about returning and refunding my money. Very very bad Totally scam.

I can’t write a review if I won’t put a star on it!!!! They don’t deserve this!!! A month already passed and I haven’t received my wig that I ordered for £108.00. And last week I was worried thinking why it taking long time to arrive for my wig. And they kept saying in their email it has been sent as nd they send a tracking no through Royal Mail. I did keep on eye on the days. A week passed and I follow it up at Royal Mail and gave them the tracking no. They said it should’nt take that long for you to receive the item!!! And the d worst part the tracking no they gave me does not exist. I have to report this to trading standards and my bank to get my money back yesterday. Hopefully after investigations I will get d refund in my bank.
All the people who are going to buy in any online website we need to check this online website of their legal selling online!!! It’s too hard to trust people online nowadays due to too much Scammers on going now!!! Pls don’t Trust URHAIR which sells wigs!!!!!

I ordered a specific colour. A different colour was supplied. I was asked to return to an address in China which cost me £12. I have tracked it to China, but the company won't accept it from customs so I'm stuck. They refuse a refund but have said any future purchase will be discounted. Waste of time and money. Steer clear. They are not UK based and clearly a scam.

Urhair.co.uk website looks like a reputable company but it’s nothing short of SCAM. I purchased in November 2025 two wigs from them which took over 8 weeks to arrive. Both wigs were such poor quality that both were unwearable. After sending many email to arrange a return and refund as promised in their customer information, I finally received a email offering me just 10% refund of the original product cost on condition I did not return the items. This bargaining continued until finally they agreed on £100 of my £250 original payment. To date 10th March 2026 they have not made any refund. Do not purchase any products off their selling platform as none of the products/wigs look like anything shown on their site. URhair are not a uk based website. This is where they are based Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. They have no customer service support at all.

If I could give it less than one star I would. This is a scam company and anyone considering buying from them should look elsewhere! Absolutely terrible, false advertisement terrible customer service, just a whole fraudulent mess. Avoid at all costs.
To add : these people are now trying to force me to pay another £50 for "shipping" after saying 2 days ago they wanted £20 for "shipping". Cannot actually make this up, they're absolutely awful.

I purchased a wig from this company based in China in October 2025. They give the impression they are UK company. After ordering using a credit card, i received 3 confirmation emails with different order numbers. I contacted my credit card company to check if i had been charged 3 times. I hadn't but they asked me to inform them of any further issues. The wig i received was shocking, almost laughable. Not human hair, big gaps. Looked like a joke wig. They advised me to wash and brush it. I did no such thing as this would render the wig "used". They have refused a refund, keep insisting i return it to China at my expense. Royal Mail confirmed that the wig did not come to me from China. Further investigation showed it was sent to me from Pangbourne village post office. UrHair tried to claim this was a distribution partner.
I lodged a chargeback claim with my Credit Card company and they found in my favour. UrHair put in a counter-claim which was not considered adequate.
I now have all my money back after several months of UrHAIR harrassing me for more money. Even now they are still harrassing me almost daily.
Why did i buy from these people before checking Trustpilot? I have stage 4 cancer and following Chemo my employer was pressurising me to phase return into the office hence why i didn't research properly.

Do NOT order from this company. They do not send you a wig the same as the photo and will not issue a refund. It’s a complete scam

Pure scam. I didn't like my wig when it came. I ask for a refund instantly after receiving it and got a list of alternative from this company, which didn't include a refund. I offered to pay the £20 shipping fee to return it to get my refund. My email was totally ignored. I'm now stuck with a£118 wig that's unwearable. Avoid this company.

The wig was awful, nothing like on their website. UrHair does not clearly state that the seller is based in China. Returns were unreasonably expensive, and the seller refused to refund me, just offering 50%. I only got my money back after escalating the issue through PayPal. This is misleading business practice, and customers should be cautious. Please, avoid

Chinese scam. Do not buy

J'ai commandé un nuancier sur ce site dans le but de commander une ou plusieurs perruques ultérieurement. Mais très vite, je me suis rendu compte que ce site avait mauvaise réputation. J'ai donc annulé ma commande de nuancier dans les 24 heures suivant mon passage de commande. Les conditions d'annulation du vendeur prévoient que lorsque la commande est annulée dans les 24 heures, la commande est remboursée en totalité. Malgré cela le vendeur m'a envoyée la commande. A reception, j'ai demandé au vendeur la marche à suivre pour effectuer un retour. Les conditions de retour du vendeur prévoient qu'il est possible de retourner les articles dans un délais de 14 jours. Malgré cela, le vendeur refuse de me donner l'adresse de retour et m'oblige à conserver un article qui ne m'est d'aucune utilité. Ne comptez pas non plus sur la garantie PayPal. Malgré les preuve de mauvaise foi du vendeur, PayPal n'intervient pas car ce vendeur n'est pas vérifié. Donc surtout, ne commandez pas sur ce site frauduleux.

Awful wig - nothing like the picture and the quality is like a fancy dress costume. I have supplied pictures as requested and they have offered me a 15% refund on the £120 the wig cost or an another wig which I know will be just as bad. I am so disappointed. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and order anything from this company

I wish I had researched this company on here instead of online fake reviews.
After spending over £120 ,the wig arrived in a battered cheap box & not real hair or looked anything like it did on the website ,very short & just looked ridiculous on as also very small. Hopefully will get a refund, just worried now after reading other people's issues trying to get a refund!
Trading standards will be informed if not resolved !

Absolutely disgusting company who prey on people at their most vulnerable. Ignore requests to cancel orders, offer pitiful refunds if you close your claim with PayPal & keep their products. Website is so professional & convincing, i should have read the reviews, lesson learned! I ordered a £200 lace front, monofilament wig with comfort tabs, the works! What is got was a poor quality wig that temu would be ashamed to sell! Fortunately my PayPal dispute went in my favour so I did get a full refund over 6 weeks later, although I still had to pay £26 to return the wig to china, the website leads you to believe you are buying from a UK company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've dated my experience from 27th Nov 2025 when it started, finally, today - 6th Jan 2026 I received a full refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Contact me as individuals we will not have the clout to take action on the basis of fraud, together we can, they should be STOPPED!!!

This is the last email I sent to them and the email was not delivered!!! I am so angry as spent over £300 with them!

First I WANT A FULL REFUND ON ALL THREE WIGS I PURCHASED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS I purchased from you, the two pictured in blonde and black I have received, the one in red which I ordered first has not been received so keep it!!!

I have had to send you so many emails trying to get these wigs delivered and customers should not have to work so hard!!!

The wigs look absolutely nothing like your website, they are ridiculously bouffant and over heavy! They look stupid!

They are not human hair as I purchased.

I tried briefly combing them to see if they would look any better and they don’t!

Hair was coming of the hair brush even when combing them just once!

They do not fit!

As I said before I could go to a fancy dress shop, spend £10 and get better quality wigs than these!!!

Again to stress the red wig has not been delivered!!!

Attached are pictures of the two wigs I received with labels still attached and the boxes with hair nets.

Give me a UK address to send these back to you and I will immediately!!!?

If I do not get an immediate reply from you and a refund with 5 working days I will look into means to how to report you for fraud and I will look into all the people who have given you shockingly bad reviews on Trustpilot to see how collectively we can look to take further action!

As with all other reviews wigs arrived late dispatched from China and nothing like advertised
No response from customer services team so I contacted my card co to reverse the payment.

Avoid at all costs. It's a SCAM and should be banned from business.

Be aware these wigs come from China they are cheap temu wigs and when you try to return they then tell you they have to be returned to China I took my un wanted cheap rubbish wig to post office to send back it was £38 so I took the wig home and put it into the bin . Absolutely disgusting company

This is a scam supplier. I ordered a human hair wig and received a cheap synthetic wig. They denied it was synthetic ( easily tested by my stylist) and looks like it was fron TEMU and sold on by these despicable con artists. I tried to get my money back which they refused and offered for me to post it back and they would decide whether it was real hair or not. They prey on unfortunate people. Do not deal with them they are basically thieves. When I was waiting for it to arrive which took more than 3 months I was in correspondence with them and they even sent false screen shots of it in transit. They should be removed from paypal. They also make out they are in the UK, but they are in China. STAY CLEAR or you'll lose your money and end up with a cheap costume hairpiece.

If I could give no stars I would ordered off this site no package arrived keep telling me it has been posted on Royal Mail tracking they have been told that they are expecting it since 3 dec I am going to go through paypal to try to get my money refunded as paypal should not allow us to order and pay through them as other customers have had the same experience with this company as they have tried to claim off PayPal and they should be removed from the top of google search engine
