made a mistake with my phone model when i checked out but they helped me fix it fast. the case turned out perfect.

I received my case and was so disappointed it was nothing like ad. The video shows it looking like beautiful glass and metal case, nope it’s cheap looking plastic when I contacted company they responded with an offer of a coupon for my next purchase ( I will not be using it ) I followed up with email asking for return instructions with of course no response

I ordered the phone case MagSafe from urgalaxy, I didn't want any personalization so I left the option on their website empty. I got the case 2 days ago, the name - first and last - on my credit card was applied on the phone case, the case is not MagSafe as advertised, and the design is just a piece of cardboard printed and placed behind a glassy cover. The product is not high quality or close to what they promote. DO NOT buy anything from these people, they mislead you, and personalize your order to void the return policy.
I took pictures of their website showing that they offer personalization but it is the customer choice to fill it or not.

Forgot to put the custom name in my order. Support was super helpful and added it to the case before they even started making it. totally stress-free experience.

Just received tempered glass phone case. It's NOT tempered glass it's plastic on plastic that came with a scratch in righg hand corner. Typical made in China junk! Reached out prior to receiving order and no response. Let's see how much return shipping will cost if they bother to reply.

the case is great and the staff were really fast answering my questions. shipping was a little slow but i'm happy overall.

picked the wrong design like a total idiot when I ordered. messaged the team and they swapped it out for me instantly for free. really saved me there.

The phone case arrived looking NOTHING like what was advertised.$35+ for a CHEAP case with your name printed on it. the print actually looks like a printed sticker stuck onto the case.
Do yourselves a favor, and don't buy from this scamming, fake company.

It’s a fake website or store . I placed the order even after 2 weeks I didn’t receive, I contacted to live chat 3 times , same questions every time . After purchasing any item you will get email of receipt , but no tracking number. Please don’t buy anything.

I really love my case, I personally don't have any issues with it. I forgot to personalize it, I emailed them and received professional response back. Time frame for receiving item was not long at all, 11/19---12/5. I personally would purchase from them again.

Finally, a case that isn't generic! The name customization is flawless - the font is cute and the placement is perfect. It feels great in the hand and has protected my phone from a couple of accidental drops. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This case looks nothing like pictured on the site, it actually looks like a photo screened in on the case, so fake, typical China crap. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Not only did the case arrive quicker than expected, but it also looked even better in person. The custom name is so sharp and clear. It fits like a glove and feels very premium. I'm really impressed with the overall service and product.

I absolutely love the way my name looks on this case. The print quality is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the glass back can be a little slick, so I'm sometimes nervous about it sliding out of my hand. Maybe a slightly grippier material on the sides would help?

I ordered 2 phone cases on 5/19/2025 and still haven't received them. I corresponded with them but then they went dark and stop responding. I am working through PayPal to get my money back but this company is a joke and DO NOT BUY anything from them. Very shady company. In the correspodence with PayPal they provided a special coupon code so I could re-order and the coupon code was worthless. Didn't work.

Ordered a phone case for $24.99 and when I received it the color was not what was advertised on the site. Contacted them several times about wanting to return it because of the misrepresentation of the item and no one will get back to me.

It's great to have a sturdy glass case that works perfectly with MagSafe charging. It feels protective but manages to not be bulky at all.

This case is exactly what I was hoping for. The magnets are strong, and the custom name is super clear.
