Ordered from this store via Amazon. They sent the order (4 boxes) ONE BY ONE, I had to continuously wait in for them then they sent duplicate boxes I had to arrange to be sent back. Item was ten days late and customer services don’t want to know and don’t care. Also arrived with damage, item is flimsy and cheap. Don’t waste your time with this company they don’t care whatsoever just churning out cheap chipboard.

What complete rubbish! Bought an item from Amazon and it’s by far the worst item I have ever bought. Pieces wrongly numbered, damaged, impossible to peel off the plastic on the doors….. do NOT BUY from these people. They want you to pay to send back damaged items!. Disgusting that they are allowed to do this.

Orion is amazing, she has really gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me moving in and any queries I had.

She is the best property manager I have come across and is very welcoming, efficient and kind.

She definitely needs a payrise!!

I ordered two identical products in blue and paid extra for express shipping. Two red items arrived 2 days later in error despite them saying they do have the blue ones in stock.

It's taken over 2 weeks to finally get a refund arranged and it's now 3 days til that processes.

Because the wrong items arrived in error in a Friday, they didn't respond to the error til the Monday. Not once did their customer services rep apologise for the error.

Instead I was sent a return label and told they wouldn't do anything til I returned the items they sent in error. After a week of returning the items I still had no refund. I had to chase them and received an out of office reply that they were on holiday for another 5 days.

Only when I chased again was I finally told they had refunded the item but it would take three more days to process. Still no apology.

So my order which I wanted delivered quickly, turned into a completly inconvenient waste of time and chasing this company for me.

Just don't bother with this company. They have demonstrated absolutely no effort to bother with me and my order. Ordered 26/3/26 and this is still not completely resolved as I write this on 10/04/26

Shocking service from this company. I ordered a wardrobe and side cabinets, which were delivered late and left outside in the rain while I wasn’t home.
When I contacted customer service to investigate this, I spoke with Amy, who was extremely rude and refused to help. The situation escalated due to her attitude, and she abruptly ended the call. She also claimed that calls were not recorded when I asked to refer back to the conversation.
To make matters worse, the company then ignored my emails entirely. Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal and was able to contact them to successfully obtain a refund.
Overall, this was a nightmare experience. I’ve learned to do more research and check company reviews before placing an order.

I have never experienced such appalling customer service.
The team were extremely unprofessional,unhelpful and rude.
I rang for support, and to make them aware,that I was concerned about the photo I received from Evri stating my parcel had been delivered,but it wasn't my address.
I spoke to Hayley who was apparently the manager,and explained my situation.
She was the most unhelpful, rude manager I have ever spoken with.No managerial skills whatsoever .She said she was unable to help at all, as kept repeating the parcel had been delivered successfully lol.I said no it hasn't,as I don't have the parcel!
The receptionist was exactly the same with her attitude,just wouldn't help me at all.
I was told that no one else in a higher position would speak with me either, although she had not asked,and no intention of asking.
It's been such an awful experience,I can't stress enough,please avoid this awful company.

Delivery was super quick, I had 1 item missing so contacted the spares department and can I just say WOW, the best after sales service I’ve ever received, missing item shipped out ( in fact they sent me more than I needed) and the delivery was done in 2 days. As for the quality of the table - so very very impressed, very sturdy, a nice size and rounded corners so no catching myself on the corner and having a whopping bruise to show for it (ideal if you have children) I can’t recommend them enough, thank you so much ❤️

Ordered 2x chest of drawers and 2x bedside tables, quality is beautiful and very reasonably priced. One drawer got damaged in transit and the customer service team was outstanding , they sent me a new replacement part straight away. They really put customers first, and are also very responsive.

Wrong item delivered, yet the Customer Services Rep made it as difficult as possible to return incorrect item and didn't seem to want to believe us. No idea if they will fully refund. Probably have to go through Amazon or Credit Card Company.

I ordered 3 shelves and they all came damaged and chipped. The only options provided were me pack them up and send them back then get a replacement or 15% refund which won’t even cover the cost of the paint to fix them. I asked if we could settle on 20% to cover the paint I was told no. Don’t bother poor quality and poor customer service

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I was sent the wrong colour of the item I ordered, I put it together anyway and it was extremely poor quality and broke whilst I was putting it together. I was only offered 15% refund for an item that I did not order that was also broken, and I had to pay to return the item. The customer service people were extremely rude and unprofessional, I ended up ordering a similar thing from somewhere else, cheaper and better quality. I wouldn’t have Urbn Living furniture in my home even if it was free.

Extremely poor service from Urbnliving.
I ordered a wardrobe and desk—only half the wardrobe arrived in the first week, despite the website stating it would be delivered in one box. The second half and the desk were lost in transit. After two weeks of chasing both Yodel and Urbnliving, they resent the items via express delivery. Five days later, the second half of the wardrobe arrived damaged, and the desk is still missing.
I was offered a refund for the missing and undelivered desk and 15% off the damaged wardrobe, but the overall experience was fragmented, stressful, and far below acceptable standards. Communication was poor, and I had to manage the situation with minimal support. I’m sharing this review so others are aware before ordering.

If I could give less stars I would! I spent £256.98 with them and booked the day off work for delivery for then to be told they had delivered earlier yet I have NOT received any of the items! They are now refusing to give me a refund so I am now out of pocket and no refund! I feel like I have been scammed DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SELLERS

Delivery seems to escape this company, only delivered one box out of 2.
Rang their courier provider only to be told they dispatched one box, so on the phone to Urban living and they say something different which is bizarre to say the least.
And the best yet, they said it’s delivered but then retracted by saying it’s lost.

After what I can only say was a painful phone call, they will dispatch the second one in the next few days, asked about a refund and they said only when you get that box back to us, but the real killer is the phone call ended with “is that it?” No sorry no nothing.
First and last time using this company please avoid if you can.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE....Please don't buy anything from these people, items arrived with both boxes damaged, items inside damaged, the quality is so poor and the customer service non existent, item arrived with about 20 deflects, and took 4 hours to assemble, you only had to touch the product and it marked / scratched instantly, we tried to be Ammicable with them and keep the item, but after the poor customer services we gave up trying to help them

Great quality for a fantastic price

Wasnt sure if to buy here or not, but decided to try. Since I can only give a maximum of 5 stars, I "only" gave 5 stars. The service recieved was absolutely great, and delivery was bang on time (actually I think was early). Was easy to assemble and sturdy. Would use them again any time blindly.

Top quick and efficient is the only way to describe, the pink child’s bed, the table and chairs were exactly what we needed for pur grand daughters bedroom, matched perfectly and the quality is really excellent. Was really happy with the price and their customer service is top notch, will use again they have so many great products. Thank you !

I bought multiple items all delivered quickly. Assembly was a breeze and they all look wonderful.
Wife very happy, ordering more shortly.

Absolutely bang on. Got several pieces of furniture for house and was easy to assemble and decent quality for the price I paid. Good communication and fast delivery
