Excellent service. Arrived on time on both occasions. Tommy, who was allocated to me, was really helpful and effective in assisting me with my clearance. Urbin was recommended to me by a friend and I do not regret using their service. Will definitely use again.

collected very quickly and efficiently
We scheduled for the next day and at the end of the morning they were already coming to collect. Pickup was very quick and the driver was very attentive. Reliable company, we really recommend.

Urbin was fantastic
Urbin was fantastic. Our driver Marius couldn’t take everything on the first day due to weight limitations, so I worried that there would be additional charges. However, Charlotte didn’t even seem to question that they’d return to finish the job. Marius came back and he and his team were very friendly and worked incredibly hard and diligently on both pick-ups. Beyoncé pleased!

Felt for the guy!!
Communication between company and customer was great ... kept us well in the picture. The guy that attended was great too, and persevered with what was a really awkward job. Would have been better with 2 of HIM, and not me!

We also Apologise for the inconvenience as in most cases our drivers operate in 2 man teams when larger jobs are on their route but after looking into it I have seen that on the 17th of May we only had 2 drivers in for all our jobs so had to separate them to allow us to complete all jobs. I apologise again for this matter and thank you for the information provided.

I’ve used urbin a few times because I know they won’t dump the rubbish illegally. They’ve also been very helpful when I accidentally put my old address on the booking. Every time I’ve used them they did a really good professional job, obviously taking care over the work.
