Scammer ordered and never received, put queries on there fake email got got no reply

How can I put a complaint against it

I have order hoodies, but did not receive it, they don't want to reply my email as well, don't order or buy anything from urban fit they are Fraud

Urbanfit is a Fraud company , they show great designs using AI but intent is to get prepaid orders which are never to be delivered . There is noone to contact . You will be searching to get your order delivered or refund but there is nobody to act upon. Only one email id is given and the location address says Ludhiana , Punjab .

This is a scam group not a company. Ordered a hoodie more than a month ago still not recieved. They don't reply on emails. It is a proper scam operation. Don't buy, report them.

Fraud company. There are no real contact details and i did not received my order even after my payment

This appears to be fraudulent. I have not received the order or any tracking information. Please look into this matter immediately.

This site seems to be fake. I order 2 article on 26th January via order No 28750 till date No AWB no is shared. Don't know whether they will give the products or not. And they haven't given any phone no to contact. Not trustworthy site.

Warning do not buy from this company they are a scam. They never send anything and when you email them they fob you off avoid do not buy.

This is a fraud company..I ordered a jacket on 27th Jan,2026 and have not received the delivery yet...They dont respond to the emails sent as well..total scam

I had just added clothes to cart n placing the order by paying with upi method,But suddenly my mind says lets first check the reviews about the company so what i got here to know it all abt the scam,shit man just in a second my mind bump me the views check n now i saved myself..!

I had ordered a jacket and it has been 45 days I have not received any information on my order dispatch. I regularly mail them but i have not received any response. I think it is a fake site and dupes people of their hard earned money. How are they still on the site, they should be refrained from the site. Don't buy anything from them.

Very very bad experience with urban fit.. I have ordered a jacket on 10th Jan 2026 but I haven't received yet.. top of that I am following up on this mail too. But no response... Totally unprofessional and froud company....

This is a fraud company. I have also placed a prepaid order of ₹1700 with this company, whose order number is 28716. Like the comments I have read here, my situation is the same as that of others. I have taken the money but have not received any order yet. And I have also emailed them twice but did not get any reply and will not get any because he is a thief.But I have learned one thing, now I will never do online purchasing.

I haven’t even bought anything from this scam site besides join with my email, i did not subscribe to ANY mail whatsoever but they keep spamming my email. I’ve unsubscribed twice yet they keep spamming me. DO NOT join or apply to this scam website, they wont leave you alone.

Very Bad Experience with Urban Fit. I had ordered a Sweatshirt on Prepaid basis on 19th January'2026 with the Commitment from the Company for getting the Delivery by 24th January'2026. Till date I have no news about the Product and their Delivery Partner Shiprocket is showing Status as Pending . I have written on the Customer Care email id but got no response. I think this Company is fraud and am surprised that a reputed Company is Associated with them as a Logistics Partner.

My order placed date 11 jan 2026.but I don't recive my order yet.many time I wrote e mails but no response.i think urbanfit is a totally fake company.i lost my 1000 rupees.

This is a fraud website. I am struggling to get my order which was prepaid and they don't respond back to the email query.

I am formally lodging a complaint against them and if you are struggling, I request all of you to raise a complaint on the official website of consumer helpline - consumer helpline . gov . in
or through NCH app or Umang app.

Urbanfit is a scam company they just have a mail id to contact nothing else and on that they dont respond, I have mailed them multiple times but still no response. I placed an order on 1st Jan 2026 and till the date there is no delivery update. I am trying to communicate with them but their is no response. My order id is #21932 they charged me 899 upfront for the jacket even i have the screenshot saved of my order i have sent them that as well. But there is no response.
