Ross G behind the desk is always really welcoming and happy to help. Needed a parcel the other day and also left my keys inside the flat and he had a friendly chat with me the whole way there. Makes it more comfortable living in queensland when the staff seem happy to help

I spoke to Ross about a problem with my extractor fan, he explained what might be the issue and he offered to check it personally the following week. While this was not necessary as contractors came on the Monday, I felt that Ross had taken my problem seriously. He is always very friendly and approachable

Best accommodation with good staff specially Ross gregory the one assign to take care of all the clusters and also providing help for our any quarries. Overall queensland is very good and comfortable place for students to live in.

I will recommend Urban Revolution. Mia is great and does her job well. She’s keeps the communal area, and entrances cleans. Even the washing machines looks clean👍🏾

No response or customer support and no way of contacting them by phone or email - so they choose to just dodge any issues by hiding behind an online barrier that does not resolve problems.
Terrible company - happy to take your money but do not support tenants or look after them in any way - AWFUL.

Again you have tried to pass blame and failed to take any responsibility for your own actions within Urban Evolution - a true sign of the lack of professionalism within your company.

The focus of your email attempts to put blame on the tenant- who had a work trip away and was only contacted at 430pm for a next day appointment - and even then you have lied about the date they contacted the tenant.
When the tenant returned the call to DBE they did not answer. If you as a company are happier to believe your maintenance contractor over the satisfaction of your tenants it again shows your company priorities. As a management company - of which you are receiving payment, you also appear happier for the tenant to have to manage the booking and organise appointments, whereas it should be your responsibility - this evidence alone qualifies the truthful review and points made.

You have failed to act within a satisfactory timescale to resolve this issue.
You have failed in providing the contact details requested.
You have failed to call me, as requested on a number of occasions (another lie as seen in your response)
You have failed to answer the question as to whether your company believes it to be acceptable for a tenant to be without a washing machine for 5 weeks.
Your company has also lied as to why this matter has dragged on - I have been told previously there was an issue contacting the landlord, and now your excuses centre around a washing machine part from your 3rd party contractor. The fact remains that the contract is with Urban Evolution - your 3rd Party contractor failings are not a concern of the tenant and should not be used to excuse poor service and certainly not be a reason for a management company to expect the tenant themselves to manage the matter, and not be allowed to leave the property in case the repair person calls.

Contacted regarding deposit for the new reposit scheme and was very simple, the agent was extremely helpful

I recommend Urban Evolution. The property manager who assists us (Annabel) was excellent in each communication. She was only one mail away every time I wrote her. She was punctual and precise. We did not have any issue with the rent of our lovely flat in Liverpool.

Cleanliness of the building is fantastic and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
