This platform has multiple courses options to learn and improve new skills and what i loved the most about it that they give a lot of accessibility to notes and flexibility to complete course as per requirements. The concept of having assignments every module is very helpful to test self understanding and practice.

First, let me say that many of the question/answers in the quizzes are either duplicates, have grammatical errors, or make zero sense. Some were missing the visual necessary to choose a correct answer. That being said, they are easy to pass if you take notes. Now. Besides the dysfunctional quizzes and horendous chatbot (do NOT bother, it is NOT intuitive and you WILL get frustrated), customer service is AWFUL. You will not be heard. They refused to refund a purchase I accidentally made: Most purchases bring you to a checkout page. Not Upskillist. When I clicked to see more info about the certificate of the course I just completed for UX Design, there was no checkout page, not even a refresh page, nothing. But, I DID get a charge. When I went to cancel, I was offered the certificate for FREE. I accepted. Sure enough, I'm out $34.99, which isn't a lot, but wow... you offer it for free? After scamming me into buying something I did not wish to buy, having clicked a button that was NOT clearly marked as a purchase... DO NOT DO IT Y'ALL. Learn elsewhere, this business will scam you. It's sad but true.

No customer service
Firstly, I would like to say I got a free subscription to up skillet with the purchase of Adobe. I figured I would give it a try. Well they insisted that I put my payment information in there even though I had a free trial so I did unfortunately, without warning I was charged When my trial should have gone till June. I’ve now tried to contact up skilled three times with no success nobody has gotten a hold of me. I only get automated messages back and nobody will rectify the situation. I should not have been charged yet. However they did charge me and nobody is responding at all so in my opinion, this place is a scam on top of it being a scam all the classes I’ve tried out are super boring. The teachers don’t seem to be very engaging. Everything is just like sitting, listening to a lecture which I assumed it would be even after you sign up and pay the monthly you have to pay money for your materials And for your certifications so they do have hidden fees as well just so you’re aware anyway like I said, I think this is kind of a scam

Look no further than Upskillist!
Upskillist has such a great program going. They know how to get you fundamentally set in the career you really want. There instructors are hands down excellent at what they do and even more are a great source for what a mentor in your field should represent themselves as. As for the program itself, I have to say that it's worth the hard work to apply yourself and to know that the course module your learning is achievable, really makes the experience that much more rewarding. Thank you Upskillist, I won't let you down just as you didn't let me.

The perfect pace for a beginner or intermediate
Just finished the first module and it was awesome. So much information but easy to follow the instructor. Slow enough to keep up but fast enough not to not get on your nerves. Looking forward to the other modules.
