Decided to make a Secret Santa for my students. Love this site for organizing events! The Customer support assistant helped to figure out how to register my account. Thanks! I recommend this website!

I had a lot of fun using the Secret Santa Generator. Me and my team were able to share our gift preferences and it worked very smoothly. Would use it again.

What an awful website. I'm on 3 different secret Santa groups and forgot who I'm SS for on Uplup. Trouble is, once you seen your person's name, you can never see it again! The 'button' to reveal is faint and unusable. I've messaged the platform ('We usually get back to you in a few hours') 4 days running and no reply. Useless. Now the whole SS group is Effed. Thanks Uplup you shitbirds

Constant 404 page not loading during contest giveaway. Clearly the site can’t handle even 100k visitors at once. Very small time company.

I have been using viralkit for the past two months and I could not be more pleased. Any requests put in have been answered immediately. The new features have done wonders and will continue using their service for a very long time. Hands down the best service compared to competitors.

I am a blogger who hosts contests from time to time and I love Viralkit! I love how easy it is to set up and use. The customer service was quick to reply to me and help me with something I was not clear about. I couldn't recommend this enough. I am excited to use it more in the near future!

Impossible to contact their customer service. They require you to login, but because I created my account using Google, I never officially created a password for the account, and their customer service support requires you to login. When I hit "forgot password", it says they sent an email to my email, but I never get it, not even in the spam folder. They should make their customer service support WAY more readily available and not require them to jump through all these hoops just to get some basic help. I just want to know how to reduce the number of winners to 1 despite having multiple products as the prize.

I'm thrilled to use ViralKit to aid me in organizing my contests. My website runs dozens of viral contests each year- ViralKit easily collects emails for me (invaluable). It's super easy to use and easy on the eyes. The most attractive AI tool I've used thus far!
