Dig in, solve the problem with the first contact.

In the end, it was one simple piece of information that solved this problem.
I appreciated the consistent replies throughout the nearly two days I was trying to make my first booking on VRBO.

Where you could improve as a company would be to have someone dig into the details from the beginning to solve the problem sooner.

I had two companies working on this, as it wasn’t clear where the issue was. I’m new to both platforms and to STR properties and was already way overwhelmed before this challenge happened.

Unable to log into account

I sent a message asking for help as I couldn't seem to sign back into my account. My problem was solved super quick. Lots of easy instructions to follow and to my delight I was back into my account in no time.

Uplisting is a great service, and the only one I could find that allowed me to auto-send an upsell link to my OTA guests. I also like their CS

I signed up for uplisting through the AirDNA

I signed up for uplisting through the cross-promotion with AirDNA.

Due to a problem with email addresses being different on my airbnb/airdna account I ended up with two accounts, breaking not only uplisting, but also my AirDNA account (and therefore all my dynamic pricing).

Support was able to resolve, but several weeks later my account surprisingly closed, again breaking my messaging, and pricing.

I didn't receive any notice.

When I contacted support, they insisted (and continue to insist) that I don't have an account with them because I told them to disconnect it.

Overall, they broke my listing twice in the span of a month. One the second occasion they've been completely unable to repair my account because they continue to insist I don't have one.

issues with booking.com

I've had issues with connecting to booking.com, I've been on the phone to booking.com for 5 days and they couldn't figure out what was the issue. Once I've contacted Uplisting, they're had their tech look into the problem which turned out to be a bug on booking.com website. They resolved it within a day! amazing service.

Very pleased with the service thus far. The system is easy enough to navigate, like any new system you need time to familiarise yourself, but this has been straightforward.
