ALL of my followers are bots. Initially, the results seemed good but every single follower that I click on to see more has similar to "Following 6, Followers 2". I have no interest in my posts. No comments. It's just fake rubbish. Don't waste your money.

Unresponsive support, impossible to cancel subscription

Upleap has been one of the worst online service experiences I’ve ever had. After using their service, my Instagram account started getting flooded with bot followers and fake profiles.
I tried contacting their support multiple times via chat and email — no reply at all.
There’s no clear option to cancel the subscription, and their system keeps my card info and continues attempting to charge it.
I even had to add a different empty card just to stop the payments — which is ridiculous for any legitimate service.
Upleap is unprofessional and feels unsafe.
I do not recommend it to anyone — protect your Instagram account and your money!

Your trial was canceled within 24 hours of your request, and all associated activity was stopped immediately. We also haven’t received any records of a new card being added, and we can confirm no billing attempts or unauthorized charges took place.

To cancel a trial or an active subscription, users simply need to contact our support team, which prioritizes all cancellation and technical inquiries to ensure they’re handled promptly and with urgency.

Newbie to Social Media

I am a newbie to all this social media stuff - a very steep learning curve from me. What I decided to go with Upleap, they were there with me every step of the way, helping get set up, logged in and implementing their strategy. There are many of these types of businesses out there but Upleap made the whole process much easier - especially for someone like me with very little experience. I recommend them enthusiastically!

This website only sends fake followers — none of them are real or organic.
The cancellation system does not work, and instead of processing your request, they simply show a message telling you to "contact support."

But the support page doesn't open, and there is no real-time assistance available.

I strongly advise not to sign up, not to give them access to your Instagram account, and definitely not to make any payments.

It’s not worth the money or the risk.

Regarding the followers: Upleap does not deliver fake or purchased followers. Instead, we engage with real Instagram users based on the targeting method selected. In your case, the plan was set to a non-targeted growth mode, which prioritizes speed and volume over precision. This method may result in fewer relevant followers, compared to our targeted approach, which is something our support briefly explained.

Lastly, we do offer real-time assistance during business hours, and your message was picked up and answered within minutes by our team. According to our records, you never completed the full signup process. The account remained in draft status, and no service was ever activated. That also means no followers were delivered, and nothing was ever charged to your card.

As requested, your payment details were removed from our system, and your draft account was deleted. Our support team responded and resolved your request within the same day through multiple open threads.

Misleading Checkout & Refund Denied Until I Escalated – Be Cautious!

I purchased the Standard Yearly Plan with Upleap, expecting a trustworthy and unique service. What I didn't realise until after paying $409 upfront was that Upleap is essentially the same service as Kicksta, just rebranded. This was never made clear on their site.

There was no obvious warning that the annual plan was non-refundable at checkout, nor was there any trial period like they offer on their monthly plans. I contacted them within an hour of purchase, before using the service at all, and explained the situation.

Initially, they stuck to their “non-refundable” policy. Even though their own terms say refund requests are handled case by case, they only offered 50 percent back with the rest as platform credit, which is useless if you no longer trust the service.

It wasn’t until I cited UK consumer law, specifically the 14-day cooling-off period for unused digital services, and made it clear I would take it further (Zilch chargeback, Citizens Advice, Financial Ombudsman), that they agreed to issue a full refund.

I'm grateful it was resolved, but I had to fight for it. Others may not know their rights, and that’s not okay.

Tip for others: If you’ve paid and feel misled, act fast, cite your legal rights, and don’t be afraid to escalate. Also, be aware Upleap and Kicksta are virtually the same thing, just packaged differently.

I signed up for the trial

I signed up for the trial, I should have checked reviews. Asking for my phone number should have been a red flag. The trial did deliver followers however they were bot-tier and didn't provide any interaction.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the result and am currently attempting to cancel my subscription... I wish I was more surprised when you cannot cancel without entering a queue with a live agent which takes ages to respond. I am at over 30 minutes and waiting for a agent to respond after the standard "we're sorry to hear that - wait times high" etc.

Real Results, Great Support

On my third month and I have to say that Upleap has delivered results for my client.
It took a little bit of time to get the hand of setting up and working out the best strategy for targeting accounts, but their support agent's helped me out here in great detail and quickly responding to any questions.

I have tried many other services, all of them not delivering or getting my account banned. Upleap has delivered and I would recommend it highly.

good experience with upleap

I've been with upleap now for a couple of monthes,
in the beginning was a lot of troubles, as i didnt knew how is it works, but after my communications with customer servies in the chat, i got explanation from all the steps what i have to follow, and after 2 months i start getting satisfying by my Insta account growing what is supporting my business, Thanks Marifi, Joel and all the guys who supports me here, i looking forward to carry on my journey, step by step with you, and big recommendation from my side to any one who want grow his/her business throw the instgram.

Upleap is great!

I have been using their services for morale than 6 months now, although in the beginning some months were not productive. In the last 4 months their performance has been amazing! Also they are very responsive and accommodating to any issues you might have and provide guidance in a timely manner. I am happy and I will continue using their services for the time being. All in all I would recommend Upleap!!

1. Deny a cancellation if you forget to cancel, even if it's only been a few hours.
2. The service itself is bullsh*t - you don't need fake followers, as they will have no interaction with your posts, lowering your reach for each post!
3. Their "Targeted Growth" setting sounds good in theory - but "follow/unfollow" is a very old concept that doesn't work any more.
4. Their follow/unfollow actions are detected by instagram and cause a Shadowban, where your reach will drop even further.
5. To summarize: useless AND expensive.

Nice targeted followers growth

Nice targeted followers growth. It was a great tool to boost my account with followers that are generally interested in my niche. I'm pretty happy with the result. It allows to target the followers of similar selected account and hashtags. Although, I see more benefit of targeting similar accounts.
I had a good experience with their customer service too.
