Nope, I am not a competitor, this is an absolute real review : lost my money, label issue, not their fault, tried to contact them, here is the exact answer from them, after using terms like "dont worry sleep well my friend" they came back with this : " Hello, We have heard back from our management team regarding your shipment. Once a package has been handed over to Canada Post and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment falls under Canada Post. Any issues regarding delivery, address updates, delays, or returned packages must be handled directly with them. Based on our review, the shipping address provided on the order was entered correctly on our end. If Canada Post has marked the package for return to sender, it will remain at one of their secure facilities. Canada Post has full authority to access the shipment details, update the delivery address if possible, and arrange for the package to be redirected or delivered. This site (UpperWeed in Ottawa) is operated by morons, with limited literacy ability. They can't read nor write. They don't follow instructions, send packages with incomplete delivery info resulting in address rejection (and blame you even though you provided them with everything to the letter), and are arrogant and unapologetic. Very poor customer experience. In addition to the exorbitant prices on the more potent products, some of the so-called imported hash offerings don't measure up. Avoid the so-called blonde lebanese (which is not from lebanon and made domestically) and the temple ball. Both big disappointments. They might be ok for local delivery but as far as shipping, it's a clown show, and those who handle the packaging are very likely stoned on their own supply. AVOID. There are better suppliers, with cheaper prices, and superior customer service.

I can honestly tell you that every bad comment on here about UpperWeed is just an attempt at other shops trying to destroy their reputation. I was a customer of Culture Canabis for 6 years and I had to put up with all kinds of unprofessional BS where they refused to take responsibility for their employees mistakes. Even while I spent 1000$ a month their had no interest in persevering my loyal, consistent customer sales. UpperWeed is the best and most professional shop I've even dealt with, if there was an issues with my order they wasted no time in clearly it up while showing the up most respect to me and I'm a brand new customer. Don't fall for these bad comments left by other shops trying to poach business from Upper Weed try it for yourself. I give UpperWeed 20/10 and 10☆'s

Ordered online and received a product that was totally not what I ordered. I contacted them and was told that what I received was what I ordered. Didn't have much recourse as I live across the country. Not impressed!
