The staff is awesome. They took the time to show me and find me exactly what I was looking for. They followed up and made sure everything was ready to go for move in. The are there anytime and you build a friendship with all. The application process was easy and they make sure they do everything they can to get you accepted. I was not told about the trash removal requirement but yet I'm being charged for it I have yet to have my trash moved and I can't walk to the dumpster

Great customer services, very professional staff and helpful employees

I'm a long-time renter and have come across many companies but I haven't seen anything like this. Michelle was my agent and she exceeded my expectations by taking me as a walk-in, with consistent communication, professionalism, and most of all, her humble and humility attitude. From seeing the actual unit, using Updater, move-in day, and the days afterward, I could not be any happier. Finally get to settle and live comfortably as a long-term resident at my new place.

Unique made it work for me. She worked tirelessly to get my daughter and I into a safe home. I couldn’t thank her enough!!

I have no complaints about Prose Rhyne at all! Since I've inquired they've been transparent and promt about everything! The application process was extremely smooth and they helped me with any questions I had. The apartments are newly built -> that being said the materials used are great quality, love the floorplans, and appliances are high end. They have a pool along,qgym,business center, coffee bar etc. Everything is clean and the staff is very professional. Highly recommend moving here for anyone looking for for a professionally run apartment complex.

Wow first I must say emerald palace is very welcoming great service . The customer service are very polite very patient and Ohhhh woww Owen Fuller the Assistant manager was so generous ' I didn't stress one bit to get all my documents and get to my home.im going to recommend emerald to my friends who are looking for a home.
