It is a great service, but I had never experienced anything like it so I had to play around with it to figure out what it wanted me to do. For example, I had to actually click on the links to access the other sites when I was under the impression that it would do it for me. Once I figured it out, it was easy peasy and I would use it again.

This made it so much easier to keep track of the move-in tasks that were necessary! It allowed you to keep up with your smaller tasks! Definitely made the move more stress free!

I fell in love with apartments as they were building. Once I took a tour it was icing on the cake. The amenities are amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Made me feel at home! Helped me with everything I needed and made it less stressful for me to move in. So much to offer and it's peaceful here. So much to do in this area also from shopping to walking trails with my dog. Love it!!

Smooth and Seamless!
Thank you so much Updater for your daily tips, suggestions and reminders before and during our move. It made the difficult thought and process of our moving very Smooth and Seamless. Particularly with the gentle reminder of things to sort out like the internet, mailing address change, and energy setup...this really helped us as we were very busy with work and could easily forget or miss out on important things to do or sort before the move. Thanks a lot !!

I love it here. The amenities are plentiful, the community is very nice. Everything inside my unit works as well as I expected. Very modern, very lovely here!

Highland Ridge Apartments are amazing. Such a great office staff (Dawn and Cathy were amazing!). Such a great complex with so many amenities. The move in process was easy with the click of a button. I am so happy with my new apartment.

Everyone (50 Jones Staff) from day one have been so helpful, attentive to my needs, patiently explain answers to questions I have and I can have a lot of questions (I have Asperger's ) so I tend to repeat myself a lot. My unit was immaculate and the grounds are well attended and security is awesome ..

It's pretty neat having it all in one place n jus get it done n was easy to set things up.

Maintenance was helpful from the day I moved in. Staff at the office is really friendly and patient. Apartments are big and pretty well maintained. Overall a good experience. Which is hard to find in apartment complexes around this area.

Updater is good at what they do but I would have liked to have known that my community already had Century Link installed and ready for me upon move in and that I could have contacted College Hunks through Updater for moving services. I kept getting notifications after I contacting my movers and had to request not to be contacted.

The Element is a very nice looking property with great amenities, in a beautiful setting. The leasing agent, Sarah-Kate, was extremely helpful and gracious. From application to move in, no issues and no surprises. I would highly recommend the Element community as a great place to live.
