Excellent service, 100% recommended

I travelled to Lisbon with my baby and I needed to rent a car seat. I contacted them via Whatsapp as their site was down at that moment due to a technical issue and they managed the whole reservation process through Whatsapp impeccably. They explain you the process and where you'll find them at the terminal with plenty of details.
When I landed in Lisbon, they were there, punctual and very friendly.
The return process was as smoothly and quick as the delivery.
I 100% recommend this service for people travelling with babies, it'll make your trip easier and give you peace of mind.

Customer Service & Aftercare

my 5 star is mostly around the level of customer service and after care. bought a vista in 2018 on ebay and it had a few issues over the years with the frame. on every occasion i've contacted uppababy, other than asking for a serial number they had no issue in sending out 2x small parts, 2x new frames and just now a set of front wheels. Massively appreciated that the after care with this company is so good, much much better than what you could expect with similar retailers these days in my experience.
Really easy to contact, they get back to you quickly and sort things out extremely quickly too. Very impressed!

Super service at amazing price

Excellent and super friendly service. I will definitely use this Company again when I am in Lisbon again and have already recommended it to other families. We were met in the arrivals hall and given the baby gear. And we met again at the departures hall for the return. So simple and quick. communication on WhatsApp was always very quick, accommodating, friendly and professional. I wish this company existed in more countries. They made our holiday in Lisbon so much easier and lighter. Thanks a million!

Tudo perfeito, dentro do combinado.
Carrinho em ótimas condições de usabilidade e higiene.
Foi a melhor escolha e a criança aproveitou muito melhor a viagem, sem gerar os tranatornos de ter que carregá-la no colo.

MaxiCosi car seat - excellent hire

Excellent service - airport pick up/drop off was seamless. MaxiCosi car seat was clean, in great condition and the whole experience was second to none. Would recommend to friends and family

One Week Car Seat Rental- Would Use Them Again!

We rented a car seat for our one week trip from Canada to Portugal. Easy pick up at the start of our trip and easy drop off at the end. Car seat was great. Easy to install. Would use the service again. Obrigado!

From a very satisfied customer.

We rented a stroller for our vacation in Lissabon.
The service we got from the company was incredible from beginning to end.
They met us in the airport and patiently gave instructions to the stroller, and waited for us their again, when we went home.
They have an amazing and helpful customer service by email.
Also their products are perfect.
Don’t hesitate to rent through them.
