Armed with decades of industry experience and a passion for helping customers in need—Uown Leasing was born. At Uown, we understand that the credit score does not define the customer. It’s our belief that everybody, regardless of credit history, should have the ability to provide for his or her family. By giving customers a simple, straight-forward lease-to-own payment option on everyday items, Uown works hard to make that happen. A lot has changed since 2008, but our focus on doing business the right way remains the same. We see both our merchants and consumers as part of the Uown Family. Our commitment is to always treat both with the dignity and respect they deserve. Working together, we’ve got this.

I don’t need to rehash the issue

I’ve asked, again, for setting your system up for my payment the LAST Wednesday of the month! That’s when my retirement check comes in. Being talked down to doesn’t indear myself to your business model. I explained before I never intended to use your services but the UOwn type business model when I ordered my tires. This is becoming a problem and a recurring nightmare!

Our leases are typically set up with weekly or bi-weekly payment schedules; however, we’re happy to accommodate a monthly frequency if that better suits your needs. Great Customer Service

Fern was a really great agent today and provided excellent customer service. She quickly understood what I needed and helped me find a solution right away. Highly recommend for leasing service with great customer service if you need help along the way.

I love the way it was so easy to apply…Selling Your Soul

I love the way it was so easy to apply and get a accepted and also how fast my tires arrived but what I didn't like is that fact that it seems like your selling your soul over for some tires. I was thinking that I my payments were 11 dollars a week then it turns out that they are 50 something and I don't understand when they are due. I was glad they sent me a heads of up of that payment cause you know if you miss a payment then you're not able to pay the bill off early and you end of up owing them another 400 on top of what they charge you for the tires. Like I said it feels like you're selling your soul and all I was looking for is a little help during these hard times as a single mother, trying to pay for something a little bit over a little time!! I really know better next time.

The representative Len went above and…

The representative Len went above and beyond to assist me in keeping my payments up to date. She made a mistake and called me back immediately and then gave me another alternative that I was unaware of-The Hardship Payment Plan.

Customer service was extremely helpful and understanding

I just had a extraordinarily support from customer service in helping me stay abyss with my my payments and was offered to enroll in the hardship program keeping me in the loop with my payments it was a great deal to me and also a very big stress relief to me with my hours being cut and work becoming slow due to the holidays I am very grateful for the customer help I had just received today thank
You so much for all your understanding and help
