Arrogant and incompetent staff, my order didn’t even see the light. Karen (chief of staff) or the person in charge of the store, has mocked me and my country for literally nothing. (Beware names can change but you will still deal with the same thing).
They expect you as customer to pay and leave. You can’t ask questions, and if you do you will be met with fire and fury. Your life quality is way better having nothing to do with this store. A word of advice to all readers and potential buyers, don’t let them charm you at first, troubles will accrue as fast as you raise a concern.
