DO NOT ORDER directly from this comoany!
I’m still waiting on an order placed September…they immediately took payment from my acct…but where the f—-is my purchase??! I only get info when I demand my order… and it’s the same song and dance over and over-ie your order is coming next week, your order is coming in two weeks, your order is being shipped this week… but I never receive my order! And then they use the excuse that everything‘s on backorder but my order is being shipped this week, but I never receive it. This has been going on for over two months…. Almost 3 months now! When I write a review, they delete my reviews on their website! If that tells you what kind of company this is…do not order from this company!

Love their products, but their customer service is the worst. My last order was placed on December 22, 2023 and has not yet shipped as of March 5, 2024. They don't respond to phone calls or emails, and rarely respond to inquiries left via their web site. My last communication from them was an email dated January 30 making excuses and promising shipment within 3 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago....

I placed an order with Unreal Deli and the day it was supposed to be delivered by Fedex, the Fedex driver didn't leave the package. So I had to request that Fedex leave the package at a Fedex location for pick-up, but that wasn't until the following day. Big problem since the shipment is perishable. As I suspected, when I was finally able to pick up the box, it was a melted mess. It was actually dripping out the bottom of the box and the box was soggy. All of the ice packs inside were melted and the contents were warm and very thawed. I had to throw the whole thing out. I contacted Unreal Deli and received no response. I filed a claim with Fedex, but they rejected the claim because they said the claim has to be filed by the shipper. Now I'm trying to dispute the charge on my credit card. I just want my money back since I had to throw out the entire box! Unreal Deli can file a claim with Fedex and get their money back. But they won't even respond to me! So I can't recommend this company; I would have to say, in my opinion, buy from them at your own risk. There is no guarantee that you will get your money back if the shipment arrives thawed and you have to throw away the contents. Very, very disappointing and frustrating experience!
