Esperienza terribile, ho 115 euro bloccati e non mi viene permesso di trasferirli sul mio conto corrente, ogni tentativo di comunicazione con il servizio clienti è inutile perchè non risponde nessuno. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di utilizzare questa piattaforma dato che non avete la certezza di poter effettivamente accedere al vostro ricavo.

I am very frustrated as i have been pleased with this app until it was time for me to withdraw my funds. I would like this to be resolved and until then my review will stay at 1 star.

Application à fuir. L’argent reste bloqué et je n’ai jamais reçu mon paiement. Le support ne répond pas. Je déconseille fortement Unlockt.

Je déconseille fortement ce site / cette application. Mon expérience avec Unlockt a été catastrophique.
L’application promet de pouvoir gagner de l’argent et de le retirer facilement, mais dans la réalité c’est tout le contraire. Une fois l’argent accumulé, il devient presque impossible de le récupérer. Dans mon cas, l’argent est resté bloqué et je n’ai jamais reçu le moindre paiement.
Le pire est que le service client est quasiment inexistant. Les mails restent sans réponse et personne ne semble capable d’aider lorsque l’argent est bloqué. On a vraiment l’impression que le support disparaît dès qu’il s’agit de payer les utilisateurs.
Je ne suis d’ailleurs pas le seul dans cette situation : plusieurs utilisateurs signalent des problèmes similaires, comme des retraits impossibles, des comptes bloqués ou des paiements qui n’arrivent jamais

This app has been nothing but problems. First, I didn’t receive my payments, and when I contacted support, I got no real help. Now, out of nowhere, my account has been banned for “fraudulent transactions” even though I did nothing wrong.

Customer support gives generic responses, refuses to explain what actually happened, and takes zero responsibility. It feels like accounts get flagged randomly, and users are left with no answers and wasted time.

I’m not the only one — many users are having the same issues with missing payments and sudden bans. This app is unreliable, poorly managed, and not worth the stress. Save your time and use a different platform.

Can't actually buy stuff as every time I try I get the usual: Payment Failed - Internal Server Error

Happens regardless of day, time, seller, or card used. I even contacted my bank who have no record of payments even being attempted.

Stopped using them because of content review issues, constantly denying photos and art creations that I have full rights to. Never could get a response from customer service. Decided to try them again, it hasn't been a week and same issues are occurring again.

They scammed my $500 closed my account and said it was “money laundering” which makes no sense. I promoted my link normally and when it came to the point to withdraw the shut down my account. They are scammers and trick you into making money so they can lock you and when you email them a person name John sends you a reply with the same response over and over again, which is 100% a robot. This is so crazy and they have been ignoring my replies. We need to do something to get this scam off the AppStore
