Fabulous efficient company with speedy delivery
Delivery is so quick and also they are so fast at putting your money back on your account for returns. I had to get in touch with customer services regarding a problem and the communication was very prompt and efficient and I have come away as a happy customer - lovely company to deal with - we need more of these !

This is by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! Unfortunately, a chlo bo necklace, i recieved for mothers day, broke near to the clasp. To say I was upset was an understatement.
I contacted Universe of Us, even though my husband had purchased the necklace, they dealt with me without hesitation.
Marcus and his team replied promptly to my messages and informed me throughout the process of replacements, what the next steps would be and if/how I would receive my replacement.
The communication here was excellent and made me feel listened to, calm and hopeful that my mothers day necklace would be replaced... AND IT WAS!
THANKYOU SO MUCH Marcus and the Universe of Us team.
I would highly recommend this company again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was looking for a really specific pair of jeans in a specific colourway and sizing. Came across these guys online and not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, the item was also half price. They arrived in less than 24 hours and in lovely packaging. Amazing customer service, can't wait to shop here again!

Fantastic products and service
I ordered my new winter hat on Monday and it arrived by lunchtime the following day! The quality is fantastic and I cannot wait to wear it. I absolutely love the selection of stylish products available from Universe of Us, I already have a few more things in my basket - waiting for payday! The customer service is amazing, I had a query about discount codes, this was all sorted via email immediately. I cannot recommend this store enough.
