Very professional, very helpful. Beautiful windows. Caleb has installed 4 windows for me. Timely, clean and very friendly and professional.

Over all, a great experience. All the personnel associated with the company were excellent ... knowledgeable, personable. Scheduling was very smooth. The installer was efficient and very helpful. The only minor downside was a bit of pressure to sign immediately which doesn't encourage the natural desire for an independent cost comparison. However, the price was within the range of other suppliers. I had checked with 2 other companies. The first wouldn't even give an estimate because I had only 2 windows to be replaced. The second gave me a estimate over the phone without even seeing the work that needed to be done. Consequently, UWD really wanted the business, and the price was within the expected range. I would certainly recommend that UWD be among the companies that one considers. I would again.

I recommend you do not do business with this company. Salesperson gave false information as to whether the window would match existing windows. When measuring person advised frames would not match, called to cancel and got no response and when I was able to contact someone they advised me the window was in production and would therefore incur a 75% cancellation fee. I cancelled the installation and received a $550 dollar refund on a $2300 window They do not return calls, I had to personally go to their St Louis office to inquire about the window. Their salesperson Jacob Richardson gave false information regarding the frame being consistent with existing frames and their production manager Kim Cancello was unresponsive and unwilling to address my concerns. I called within 7 days of my finding out the frame would not match my array of 12 windows and was responded to with "Nothing we can do" even though they did not return my calls within the cancellation period. In fact the measuring person, the only forthright person in the entire transaction, did not arrive for measurement until 6 days after the contract was entered into. The window with the non matching frame was not scheduled for installation for 10-12 weeks after contract was signed. My concern was that one window in a twelve window array would negatively impact the value of my home. this is a buyer beware company. I refused the installation after seeing how completely different the frame was from my existing windows This company has no customer service focus and I would recommend dealing with a different company. My current option is to take Universal Windows to Small Claims Court to obtain satisfaction. Again, buyer beware!

UWD people were very professional and responsive. The installation team did a great job of installing 10 windows and 1 sliding door. We were pleased with their high quality workmanship and the good job of cleaning up after installation was complete. Gret job by all UWD people who interacted with us!

I would say we had some challenges in the sales process but the install crews and quality of the product made up for that! Francisco Escodaz was the crew leader for our main project. His team worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient and very friendly while at our house.

The two guys who installed our kitchen slider window did it in one hour! They showed us how to open and take out the window for cleaning it. They even sweeped the floor. It looks great and we are very pleased with it.

The job was done with customer service an care. Job was done nice an cleaning making sure we liked the finished look. Very Happy with our finished windows look. Job was done in three hours of putting in seven windows with great care.

I felt pushed and not listened to by my representative. I was also lied to by him when he stated I could have windows installed on a Saturday. Scheduler was kind of rude as well. I will not be getting any more windows from them. Installer was good.

Just finished phase one of window installs and the install was fantastic! Scheduling was easy and the installers were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up the worksite 100%. Windows look great!!! Shout out to Rodney, Tyler and Jordan, fantastic job!!!

From the beginning with Andy Cook our sales rep, to the measurement appointment to installation, it was a great experience. Our windows were installed today and they look wonderful!! We are so pleased with the experience!

Will never do business with them again. They tell you anything to make a sale but don't back it up. Customer service can't answer questions. They promise you a call back but you won't get one. The installer that came pulled my curtains completely out of the wall, and left them that way, didn't hang the shears back up despite my instance, broke a picture frame and didn't bother to tell me.

I had Bob and Eric install my windows they were professional, on time, explained the process, and took great care with my personal property. Trust me when I say these windows were a nightmare to get out…. The previous installers must of used gorilla glue when they were installed. Through the hard work of Bob and Eric they got them out and the new ones are in and absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! As a female I loved that they treated me with respect and honesty. Great job guys! I will refer Universal, Bob and Eric.

Our installers Bob Johnson and Eric King are very professional and they explained everything they were doing as they installed our windows and a door. We are very pleased with the excellent installation. They also put a sign in our yard for Universal Windows Direct so our neighbors would be able to see where are windows and door came from. A plus.

Great team of installers made today awesome. They worked well together and it did not take as long as I thought it would. Very happy with my new windows.

Installers were very courteous and did a great job installing my new bathroom window. I am very pleased with the work that was done.
