I have been ordering from you for years and am very disappointed in how this order was handled. You have offered no concessions. This is so terrible. The price is great!
The price is so much better than in the US and if I plan far enough ahead, I can get the product in time.
Package arrived wrapped in plastic because I think that the post office here or on the way got it wet. Fortunately the patches are sealed in foil packets so I did not have to return the package for another one.
