I have reached out NUMBEROUS times not only to unity but to google about the logistics and misleading scam games YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO COLLECT SAID SIGN UP BONUS, NEVER ARE YOU ABLE TO CASH OUT AT ANY TIME BECAUSE YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BE AT A CERTAIN NUMBER WITH HIM AND THEN WHEN YOU GET THERE YOU STILL CAN'T CASH OUT BECAUSE YOU GOT TO DO THIS THAT AND THE OTHER, THEY CLAIM YOU CAN CASH OUT AT ANY TIME YOU DON'T HAVE TO WATCH ADS YOU CAN DO THIS AND DO THAT IT'S ALL A LIE IT'S ALL DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND SALES , FALSE MISLEADING INFORMATION, IT'S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AMONG OTHER THINGS. AND UNTIL WE DO SOMETHING IT WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN...UNITY ARE SCAMMERS, LIARS AND CONS..... FAKE GAME FAKE FAKE FAKE IF YOU SEE ANY GAMES THAT STARTS WITH. UNITY. JUST CLICK RIGHT ON BY IT CUZ YOU AIN'T GOING TO GET NOTHING OUT OF IT. AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I REACHED OUT TO THEM NEVER DO I GET A REPLY.. THEY ARE SHADY LYING CON ARTIST CRIMINALS LYING TO PEOPLE SO THEY GET RICHER...Well I also believe Google should be held accountable for this too after all they continue to keep putting these scam ,con, thieves, on google playstore ,for people to download ... And I know they know it's a scam, a lie so anything UNITY run for the hills, We spend hours if our time playing these so called LEGIT GAMES , with loopholes to con people so they get rich. Well they are still breaking certain critias... I feel like ALL of us should come together and bring a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NOT ONLY AGAINST UNITY BUT ALSO GOOGLE PLAYSTORE FOR ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE OVER AND OVER... WE ARE BEING, MISLEAD, LIED TOO, WE ARE LINING THEIR POCKETS TRYING TO MAKE A COUPLE DOLLARS, AND IM SURE UNITY IS THE SATAN EVIL RULER WHOS PROBABLY PAYING GOOGLE OFF TO KEEP ALLOWING THEIR SCAM CON GAMES, FALSE MISLEADING INFORMATION, FALSE PRETENSE TO LURE AND CON AND NEVER PAY OUT. LIARS, CHEATERS, THIEVES, SCAMMER ALERT UNITY IS FILTHY DISCUSTING CON ARTIST CRIMINALS GETTING RICH WHILE LYING TO DO IT. ITS A LAWSUIT, ALL OF US HAVE TO JOIN IN WE CAN BEAT THIS CROOKED THIEVES.. SO COME ON, JOIN ME LETS SUE LETS START A , LAWSUIT, FALSE MISLEADING INFORMATION, AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. And that's just the tip of the iceburg, CLASSACTION. ITS TIME TO STOP THE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES..

Company has no regard to privacy, and they do not respect customer requests.
They manage ads in games and apps and enseñe though they show a timer, they keep putting additional time beyond authorized.
Very unethical practices.

They delete critical forum posts and negative reviews from the asset store. Of course negative reviews on assets that they make a lot of money off isnt good for their business so the reason why they do it is obvious. Its always the same reason, money.
After their disastrous decision to retroactively change their Terms of Service and retroactively bill people, in some cases millions of dollars, they now silently did the same thing again and this time they really did fool the community.
Im glad I never payed them much more than a few dozen dollars, but even that was a complete waste.

I've just heard the news about the Runtime installation fee. There's not a developer nor consumer who wants this, and all trust with the Unity company has been broken. My heart goes out to those employees who protested this decision and wish them luck with finding an honorable company, because this incompetent decision has doomed the business in its entirety. It's almost to the point that I suggest life insurance to the executives for approving such an egregious idea. RIP Unity, I'm sorry that your executives are evil.

“Make with Unity” brand Money earning games Apps in the Internet is Genuine or Fake? Previous users, please share your experience, will appreciate.

When added some assets in the shopping cart in the Unity asset store, they included an asset i didn't want, i removed it from the list, and once i made the purchase they included the asset anyways. I recorded a video about the bug they have in the Asset store web but they didn't care. I asked for a refund, they didn't even replied me, they checked my request as solved without refunding me anything. Also when you ask for a refund in the web they show you the price without VAT, so even if anyone gets a refund it is without refunding the VAT they paid, it is a scam. So i don't recommend anyone to buy anything from the Asset store unless you don't have any other option.

Their refund policy is only for protecting the publishers. I bought a GUI package and it is totally different from the description. Not useful, and not dynamic, only image texts exist on it and there is no PSD or related font files in the package.

The support team tries to protect the publisher and tries to find useless solutions to won't make any refund.

They just answered my refund request after 3 months. And they expect that we should use the package which blocked us, and we should wait to use it after 3 months.

Unity is the worst engine. They shouldn't forget that developers make them bigger than yesterday, publishers are not.

Constantly disconnected from Vivox or have issues connecting in general. They have yet to fix their Hell Let Loose voice issues and this has been ongoing since the games inception. Fix your s^%t my guy. Or hire a better coder. Something.

The company continuously provides ads from fake rewards apps and other schemes/frauds.

The customer support team reports it to the fraud team however ads continue to surface and the company making money from these schemes

After 30 min, I am still figuring out how to download the assets I just paid for. Horrible UI. It was super easy to spend the money though 😭
