The $30 shipping fee was exorbitant. Especially when it took as long as it did for the product to arrive (close to 2 weeks). The product was as expected and instead of the qty. one that i needed I bought three to somewhat make up for the shipping cost.

What happened was that we only had 1 items xy in stock and 2 people ordered it atthe same time. Warehouse had to make a choice. Poor delayed communication on our side. we refunded you and send apologies and discount codes.

Nobody answers the phone nor do they reply back to emails! I am missing a mirror bracket and nobody will respond to get this resolved
