I placed my order at the beginning of February and had emails for a while asking for more information regarding the money transfer and even after providing all this information i have not heard anything back since and I am starting to get worried that I wont receive my order at all even though I have paid

This is lifechanging for me. Ive been using since July 2025, always delivers within 2 weeks, no weird hold ups or mystery charges or customs issues. Legit medication. Safe. Youre doing an amazing thing with medications that are unaccessible to marginised communities seriously ❤️

I have been using United Pharmacies for years , since 2019.Products are the real deal , prices are mostly great and altough I choose cheaper shipping option ( 30 days ) products is here (im in UK) within a week or two.Their weight loss- Semaglutide could be cheaper so I hope they get some kind an alternative for that, all in all very good.

Didnt warn me about serious side effects as I would not have purchased the meds if I was made aware. They also Wont refund. Argumentative when I explained that I could not move and had cold shivers for a whole day from the meds. They proceded to tell me to take it again at night. Have been with them for 4 years. Once had another issue with a nasal spray nossle that was far to big after a surgery for breathing that cost me a fortune. Now this.

I've ordered twice from them now and they are excellent. High standard of customer service, always reply to emails and give good tracking details when your meds are shipped. My latest order only took under a week to arrive (London), which was impressive! Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with they posted the order out on monday and received today on thursday with a tracking number provided. 3 days delivery from hong hong to the UK is amazing would highly recommend.

I have received the medication within 6 days of the order was put in. Email and correspondence was no hassle and easy to pay system

Multiple ways of making a payment have become available. Crypto payments are not that hard either. Everyone will ultimately have to learn to use crypto and most people own some.

I was slightly worried before ordering however I messaged them once I’d put the order in as their bank details didn’t come through straight away but I think this is because I placed the order during the weekend… their customer service was brilliant! Really helpful and spoke fluent English to me! I tried to use the Revolut app to send the money to them but they wanted to charge me £25 in bank fees so I called my bank instead to do it that way (I’m with the Co Op bank). I had to spend about 30 minutes on the phone to them whilst they took down loads of details as they were worried it was a scam but the day after they confirmed they’d checked them out and were happy to send the payment to them! Luckily United Pharmacies bank is in Bulgaria which is in the EU, so luckily there were absolutely no bank charges!! Bonus! They emailed me to confirm my payment and my order arrived a week later! They’ve also said that because I went to the trouble of sorting out the bank transfer that I can now pay by card for future orders! Great company, I’m really impressed! Great prices also!

I was super sceptical with ordering on here especially when i had to do IBAN payment etc but i bought them a little over a week ago and they just arrived this morning. I bought 4 boxes of Ivermectin

I've been trying to get in touch with this company for a while now, but no response.

They are good website, usually reliable to order items time wise.
Only problems I have is limited choices of some medicines e.g. HRT medication not many of Estradiol Valerate or Estradiol Hemihydrate to choose from in strength and size.
Payment methods are bit limited, usually have to do bank transfer as I believe they don't accept Maestro cards.

Placed an order and did not receive payment instructions. They did not respond to several emails. Totally unresponsive.

I have been getting liothyronine - the one that works for an under-active thyroid when thyroxine doesn’t - from United since I couldnt get it in Europe because of Brexit. This is virtually impossible to buy in UK or get prescribed by NHS, because it costs about £300 for
30 x 10mcg. I take 75mcg a day!. Luckily, United Pharmacies supply me Tiromel, 100 x 25mcg for around £11 + postage from Hongkong of around similar. They are brilliant and efficient. I’m just about to order some more!

I have been buying from United Pharmacies since 2013 and they are great. Delivery has taken as little as 6 days. The prices are excellent compared to other companies. Correspondence is very good and they have never let me down. I would definitely recommend people to buy from them.

Ordered express shipping on a Friday, got it the next Saturday. Was packaged professionally and had an extra label for expiry and batch # on each box.
