Scam company- I was just checking the price on something, I pushed review order and it placed an order for 3 hoodies plus additional charges, requested a refund that they said they'd take care of and never did. My bank has gotten mystery charges since I think are due to them having my card info

I ordered a Suicide Awareness shirt. After I entered my credit card info, it said “Review Order”. When I clicked on it, it automatically ordered the shirt. Charged me $10 extra for the shipping (not the amount I was originally shown which was $4.53), enrolled me in some VIP Club, and gave me 2 different order numbers. Then found out it ships from China! Run very fast from this company…IT’S A SCAM AND TUGS ON YOUR HEARTSTRINGS!!

Cheapest shirt with the cheapest graphics. DO NOT BUY! Made in China. Shipping takes a long time. Not patriotic one bit.

When I placed my order for a Dogs Make Everything Better t shirt, the shirt was $9.95 and shipping $4.95, totaling $14.98. I have a copy of the receipt, HOWEVER, They charged my account $24.68. BS!
They claim to be a small family business.

Do Not ever use this company, they are scammers pretending to be another well known company. There products come from overseas and very poor quality. They do not give returns or any kind of payment back. I've made contact with the other company they are duplicating. They have copied there add and using there name. The products you receive from United Patriot Co. at least the clothing line is pure trash

Terrible company! I bought two shirts.They shipped them to the wrong address, they wouldn't follow up on where they shipped them, and when they sent me the tracking information, it was for a different order in a different state. There are two is very hands off and they wouldn't look into it. Do not buy from this company.

Worst company ever. Says American made and everything ships from China. Poorest quality clothing I have ever seen. Not what is pictured or describes. They are also copying another patriotic company that must be illegal. Run from this company.

It would appear as these USA patriotic shirts are made in China! The sizes must be based on Chinese kids, as they are way too small for Americans. They originally charge you $4.95 for shipping, but then raise it to $14.95. Buy American my patriotic friends!!

The shorts are NOT a 60/40 blend of cotton. There probably 100% Poly? There is no tag saying what it is made of. The shirt patterns are from TVP and other reputable businesses not original. They are see through thin. So disapointed!

No return policy, No customer service, Not patriotic.

Shirt quality was absolutely terrible. So thin they were see-through. Definitely not 60/40 poly blend as description and photos show. Emailed for refund and get generic responses. My bank account also got hacked after ordering, which I assume was because of this order.

1.) 1st they shipped it to my old address, 20 calls/voice messages later they finally shipped it to the correct address.
2.) Foam plates ? Junk.
3.) Difficult to put on the vest, pull over design, wtf?
4.) No service/sales department, wtf?

Purchased gift for granddaughter online. Before finalizing purchase, I realized I'd inadvertently entered mailing address as billing address, and vice-versa.
When attempting to correct my error, my screen went blank, and then read "Thanks for your order."

As it was late on a Saturday, I immediately emailed them to explain the error I'd made with the addresses. I got a response early Sunday saying my order would be shipped within 5 business days. I responded explaining again the error. Very quickly a reply arrived saying "Sorry - once the order is placed, no changes are allowed. That's because we strive to ship so quickly."
I replied and pushed back a bit, saying I think my bank will deny the charge due to the billing address being incorrect. Never heard back to that topic, just another email stating that parcel would be handed over to shipping within 5 business days, and then would arrive within 20 to 25 business days.
Checked with by bank, and they've billed me twice, for two differing amounts. Not sure why.
Since then, I get no responses at all.

Vest took forever to arrive and is cartoonishly small.
The website says everything is American made yet my order shipped from China. I was given some generic tracking website tracking number and tracking my package through that website I noticed that it arrived in the States. So I checked United Patriot's website and it said that once the package arrived in the US it would be handed over to USPS. So, I asked for a USPS tracking number and was told it would be delivered by SpeedX and given a SpeedX tracking number. That felt shady so I asked for a refund, 3 times. They finally issued a refund, then the package arrived. This vest is WAY too small and the already issued the refund and I'm working on returning it.

Over the best and I'm supposed to get to AR 500 plates. Free. When I received and open the package leave so-called rated AR 500 plates nothing but lightweight foam. I feel really betrayed. I will never do business with that company ever again. Unless someone reaches out to me and sends me my two still AR 500 plates. What a scam. The vast itself is of very very poor quality too by the way.

United Patriot conducts business by misleading the public. I purchased 2 bullet proof vests online through the "shop" app. On the "shop" app the description of the product states that you'll receive 2 ballistic plates that are a level III / AR500. What I received were 2 dense foam pads, the my wife could use to knee on when she's working in her garden. Fool me once...shame on me. Therefore, I'm not going to seek reimbursement. Instead I'm going to burn the 2 vests I received, and tell everyone I can to never do business with United Patriot. Being a military veteran of 23 years, I'm ashamed that this company can use this name.

4 emails to return item with no response. Item looked sized to fit a child. 2 included metal plates were foam. Total scam. Do not order from them.

They advertise that you can buy this vest and get one bulletproof plate for $59 and I should have realized it wasn't legit. Well I got a vest that would probably fit an 8-year-old and be perfect for him no bulletproof plate when I reach out to him I get an AI response from their email I would not consider ever buying anything from this place again.

Again as others stated if I could give them a 0 I would. First lets establish ownership, its owed by a chinese man and he is playing with you all as he cnstantly calls himself "Tyler"your money is going back to china, second they would NOT return any e-mails or EVER answer the phone and that is because their policy to return an Item is 14 days ... but here is the catch they will argue that a return Authorization is needed! this how they get you. Please my fellow Patriots stay away from this communist store and let anyone know this fraudulent and misleading Individuals doing bad business!
