Aaron Gower has one again provided us with outstanding customer service.

United Capital Source was able to apply for a PPP loan for me and it was approved! Their forms were all online and very easy to use and they emailed me for any additional files needed. The loan documents were also easy to sign and the money was in my accounts a few days later. All in all it was an excellent experience that could not have been easier. Thank you!

It’s hard to recognize a credible company with there being so many scams. When I saw the number of reviews I knew this was a legit business. Danielle Rivelli was very persistent and direct about how UCS could assist my business. Examining my challenged credit score, yet strong bank statements, Danielle didn’t waste time and was completely honest with me during the process. I LOVED the short application (took just three minutes or less)!! I spoke to Danielle on May 5th. The funds were cleared and ready for use in my business account the morning of May 9th. Talk about efficiency! I look forward to growing a business relationship with UCS...I will be using them again!

Bryan Rabanal was a dedicated, reliable, patient, and responsive Account Executive. The loan process is quite confusing, and he was there with me every step of the way, often calling me back off-hours. I felt extremely supported by him. I don't give out praise often, or leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do it this time.

Had an interesting set of back & forth emails until Bryan Rabanal was assigned to me.He was quite helpful, but then I was told that Lorenzo would be my contact, Then I was assigned back to Bryan. Bryan was very responsive & helped me through the application. Once I got the App finished he followed through on all my calls & helped resolve a couple of issues, When I could not get through to Bluevine, Bryan did for me & helped me get finally confirmed & hopefully get the funds I requested. The good news is that he called me back every time I called him.

Bryan Rabanal has very poor customer service we applied for a loan after numerous conversations and questions he guaranteed us that they work with lots of other companies in our industry after we asked this specific question numerous times we submitted our app with them witch he said would be 24hr response time could be longer due to our app being submitted on a Friday. Did not hear from Bryan at all finally after 4 days I called him and he had not idea what was going on with our application and had to look. Response back and said that they do not work with anyone in our industry Bryan tried getting us to apply with other companies they work with that might be able to help. I simply said we are not interested as we applied on his transparency over the phone and what he did was not right due to the fact we never received even a credit pull the underwriters knew they didn't work with our industry as it was consider a (high risk industry). Bryan blamed this on Covid-19 pandemic witch keep in mind this was before the pandemic even was serious in the states. I emailed Pat Saunders (VP of finance) who originally sent us the first email from United Capital Source and asked why they are sending emails stating they work with our industry and he replied that they do so I went over the situation we experienced with Bryan and he did not respond after this. I emailed him a month later asking for a response and he said they can help us apply for a SBA Loan... Your kidding right why would I need this company to help us Apply for this. Long story short if you are a automotive dealer I would avoid these people at all cost. Keep in mind our credit history and business credentials have zero issues. This company just wants your info and they really don't care if they know they don't work with your industry. Bate and switch tactics at its finest.
