I received one of your water bottles a couple years ago love it! Drinks stay cold, ice doesn't melt. I have had ice in the bottle 12 hrs later. Another plus...
No sweating on the bottle when filled with ice, looks appealing.
I purchased more of the bottles and large drink containers with a straw to give as gifts.
I also purchased the smaller day back pack love the functionality not too big or too small perfect for day hikes.

Replaced lost packable tote. Although UBB was out of stock of my favorite pattern (night sky), I did find another to my liking (waves). I ended up ordering three of them. Now if they ever have night sky back in stock I'll be placing another order. The attached carabiner is great to clip on my travel backpack or my clothing. The packable tote is my favorite of all time.

Love this bag! I bought it to replace my over the shoulder purse which hurt if I carried a water bottle out other heavy things. It holds everything I need and I love being able to hold it as a tote or backpack. Nice pocket setup overall. Only one very small zippered pocket if you are trying to organize a lot of Lyle things.

I don’t usually leave reviews for things but I had a different backpack of the same size that I loved, but that lacked structure and was starting to come apart, so after much looking, I ordered this one. I love it even more. It’s hard to find a backpack this size that has padded straps or waterbottle pockets, let alone both. This bag holds a lot without being huge, and manages a decent amount of weight comfortably. Got caught in a crazy downpour the other day and my things stayed dry. Quick delivery, and a sturdy, but comfortable small backpack.

Great product , previous water bottles from United were very durable and amazing customer service! Look forward to being a customer in years to come.

Currently I am fighting with the 'last leg' shipper in Canada to get my item. I have multiple receipts with my address on it copied from United By Blue emails sent to me post purchase. However the address on my package is somehow jumbled. Like a real human didn't read it it make the label in Canada.

I can't call the last leg shippers. So I am in email with them. Showing them multiple receipts, updates I was receiving of tracking that I have record of... They are just now, after 6 emails... saying they 'might' be able to stop the package from returning. But am not sure if I will receive the package if they are only willing to deliver it while I am at work. Again if I am not home when they deliver (after 3 tries) they send it back to the USA (I didn't know this at the time of purchase). It was slated on the 'last leg' shippers website to come on Saturday... and I was excited. Then hours later it was marked to be returned to the sender due to the address being jumbled and undefinable....

I have paid exchange in Canadian, shipping, duty, taxes. Not to mention searched the internet for months looking for the perfect carry all backpack/shoulder bag. After reading many reviews online I decided on United by Blue... for so many reasons. Now I am very worried I will not get the item and it will return to the USA due to this confusion.

Please use UPS. They have a place you can pick it up at... they never do this.

I love my new bags! They came so quickly and are such fun colors. Great pockets in both the fanny pack and backpack, and great for outdoor activities. The fanny pack holds a lot more than you would expect and is great for dog walks. Can't wait to use my backpack on trips.

Cute style but bag seems very small and stiff. Really do want to return it not what I expected.

Great quality it seems so far. Just wish there were more color selections.

Love the colors and the expandable side pockets. Very well made small backpack. I was sure it wouldn't hold a Chromebook, but my kid proved me wrong. They love this pack.
