Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Fast and competent customer service.
The helmet weighs 1525 grams including rails, shroud, and interior. I will use and test the helmet for service in the army.

Sensationeller Support

Die erste Lieferung wurde durch die Firma GLS leider verschlammt und das Paket wurde bis jetzt nicht gefunden. Dadurch hat es leider etwas länger gedauert.
Aber der Support war sensationell! Auf Mails wurde innerhalb von wenigen Stunden (oft nur Minuten!) reagiert!
Das Paket wurde nach Klärung mit der Zustellfirma anstandslos ersetzt und die zweite Lieferung hat dann funktioniert.
Helm und Platten sind in einer super Qualität und sehr angenehm zu tragen!

Le temps de livraison a été un peut plus long qu'annoncé mais je ne suis pas dans l'union européenne alors je mais ça sur la faute des Douanes.

Trustworthy and quality company

The customer service was really responsive and they answered all my questions. High quality products, like helmets and ballistic plates. I ordered everything there and got it in a reasonable time.

Great products

Great products! After initial hick-ups with delivery (we all blame the service provider, who didn't pick up the parcel and then sent it to another country), the actual goods came in excellent condition and true to specs.

The Price-value ratio is very good, and the customer service tried everything possible to locate the parcel, once the loss was known and examined.

2 Platten, 1 Helm Bundle

Gekauft habe ich das Bunde in dem 2 ballistische Platten und ein ballistischer Helm enthalten sind. Da parallel noch eine Aktion lief, gab es einen bump Helm in schwarz im Wert von knapp 300€ sowie ein helmet cover im Wert von knapp 90€ wessen Farbe man frei wählen konnte dazu gratis dazu.
Bestellt habe ich an einem Sonntag, am Montag war das Paket von UNITAC bereits versendet worden. Der geplante Zustellungstermin laut ihrer Seite war dann der darauffolgende Dienstag, was ich wegen der doch weiteren Strecke unrealistisch fand, weshalb ich am Dienstag nicht fest mit dem Paket gerechnet habe. Als es dann jedoch am Mittwoch noch nicht angekommen war, habe ich UNITAC einfach selbst auf Instagram angeschrieben und binnen weniger Minuten schon eine Antwort und meine Sendungsnummer bekommen. Das Paket kam dann nach 7 Tagen bei mir an, weil GLS Zustellungsprobleme hatte, wofür UNITAC selbst nichts konnte. Das Paket war in gutem Zustand und nicht beschädigt, der Inhalt jeweils nochmal extra in kleinen Kartons verpackt und gut gepolstert. Die Produkte selbst sehen sehr hochwertig aus und vor allem das Riemensystem der Helme ist schön einstellbar und der Helm selbst auch super gepolstert, lässt aber noch genug Luft für eine Sturmhaube darunter. Außerdem kommt dieser sogar mit einem Beutel der für den Transport verwendet werden kann. Auch die Platten sehen gut aus und sitzen durch die leichte Krümmung sehr schön.
Ein physisches Exemplar der ballistischen Tests liegt bei der Bestellung leider nicht bei, aber nach kurzer Nachfrage bei UNITAC habe ich diese einfach per Mail zugesandt bekommen.
All in all also top Support der schnell und kompetent ist, recht schnelle Lieferung trotz GLS Problemen und hochwertige Ware! Das einzige kleine Manko ist das helmet cover welches zwar qualitativ gut aussieht jedoch nur sehr knapp mit ach und krach auf den bump Helm passt was dann an den Rändern kleine Lücken, etwa 0,5cm offen lässt.
Zusammengefasst also eine fast problemlose Bestellung, kann ich auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen und würde auch wieder dort einkaufen.
