I ordered a 1904 Worlds Fair map for someone for Christmas. Both the recipient and I are exceedingly happy with the purchase! It is a very classy gift for a history buff from the St. Louis area! He is proudly displaying this beautiful map in his home. I received this map in time for Christmas and it was in perfect condition. Many thanks for a great artistic gift!

very professional and serious company. The maps are printed fastly and in high quality, I love the map I've bought! I hope they keep increasing the collection of maps in their stock, especially for european countries and Italy from medieval until 1800's

I purchased a large, framed personalized map on 12/2/2025, a few weeks in advance of the Christmas order deadline. The title of the product is "Personalized 3D US Topographical Map." The map, which included a frame, cost $445 USD. My map arrived at least one week late. The company told me they were doing all that they can and blamed delays on "couriers," but I received a subsequent email saying that my map didn't go into "production" until a day or two before Christmas. The final map also did not include a portion of the "personalization" promised. The frame is not impressive in any way. But those are not the reasons for my review. If it were just those things, I would chalk it up to bad customer service, but there is something much more abusive going on here. This company is vastly misrepresenting the product on the website. I received a completely "flat" map of the area that I requested. There is no "unique 3D shading technique" to give it depth and definition whatsoever. It looks absolutely nothing like the website examples. I completely understand that these folks don't actually print 3D maps, but I received a completely boring, not exceptionally well framed poster print for nearly $500. I reached out requesting a refund. Having received no response whatsoever, I followed up several times over the course of two weeks. I finally received a response after adding in all the email addresses I could find and sending my email again. They offered to "fix" the part of the personalization that was missing, but I have no interest in showcasing a large poster print in my home, particularly when it reminds me of this terrible experience. I am writing this review because I read the Trust Pilot reviews before making this investment. For reference, I believe that they rely on the "Please note" section (I've copied it below) to allay complaints such as mine, but as you can see within in the full context of the description, along with the images, the fact that the company relies on this as a "disclaimer" is very telling. I make a living out of reading between the lines of disclaimers, and I felt personally shocked at this level of misrepresentation. Hopefully this helps someone.

I embarked on a quest to acquire a map which detailed a particular Edwardian house built in 1913. Unique Maps delivered, exceeding my expectations. As one may imagine I had many questions, nothing was too much trouble. I am now in possession of a beautiful map.

This is a brilliant UK based company! Bought a global map of horse breeds (it’s better than it sounds) and my daughter loves it! It looks antique and is beautifully drafted. A great gift and it landed very well for Xmas. Need to get it framed now!
