Have gift vouchers for here & have just found out the store has closed -

Purchased a Hugo Boss polo top and received an email to say the item is out of stock and that I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days. That was 3 weeks ago and not heard a thing!!!!

Ordered a jumper, received an email to say not in stock and I would be refunded in 3-5 days and that was 3 weeks ago, still no refund.

ordered a cp company shacket £210 which didn't fit great. I returned tracked delivery so I know it has been returned.

nearly 4 weeks from the date of return and 4 emails still no reply. and no refund.

shocking !!! AVOID !!!

I would give zero if I could. Returned an item it’s been a month and no response and no refund. AVOID

Shocking company, paid for item, then sent email saying was out of stock, no refund tried emailing them on 3 occasions, no reply.

They took £71.99 off me for a Paul
Smith hoody, only to come back and say the item was out of stock and would issue a refund in 3-5 working days. Over 2 weeks later, no refund and not replying to any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They sent an inferior (fake) product which I returned immediately. It was returned tracked delivery so I know it was received. They have completely ignored all of my attempts to contact them, but the returned item is now back up for sale!
This business is a scam, I fell for it.
Please don’t make the same mistake I made, avoid these criminals like the plague.

Item returned due to incorrect sizing, with returns label duly completed. No refund, no response to emails and don’t pick up their phone. Avoid at all costs. I can only assume that the glowing reviews that are posted every few hours (which seems very frequent for an outfit of this size) on review.io are fake.

I cancelled my order before it was processed and they sent anyhow. I returned it and a month later no refund. Avoid this company

AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT!

Come home to receive two parcels! Even though I only ordered one polo shirt.

One parcel was for another customer showing there personal details, name, address and mobile number on the invoice! Think you’ve broken DPA, confidentiality and GDPR!!
It had my address on the front of the parcel but when I opened the parcel it showed a different name and two items I HAD NOT ORDERED! Clearly this means you have another customer which has not received there two items!!

My second parcel was a polo shirt which I ACTUALLY ORDERED however the pictures online looked very different!

YOU ALSO DID NOT INCLUDE TWO RETURN FORMS WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO NOW DOWNLOAD, PRINT OUT AND PAY FOR THE POSTAGE ON TWO PARCELS!

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

THEN TO TOP IT OFF YOU WILL TAKE WEEKS TO REFUND MY MONEY!

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend using this store, I purchased a T-shirt and on receiving the item there were no labels attached and the item looks possibly used. Using their contact email address on the website it returns a undeliverable message. After finding their email on some other reviews, unfortunately I received no response. Thought I had found a little boutique that I could use to purchase clothing going forward but will stick to the mainstream stores. Don’t waste your money as they have literally no customer service :-(
