My order item didn’t fit
I’ve ordered from UNIk a number of times and the clothing is always great quality and the delivery is always efficient . This particular order, the items didn’t fit, but the return process was very efficient, returning can be inconvenient but this was a very easy process

Great products and very helpful staff
I really liked their products; I bought T-shirts, hoodies and caps for the first time from Mexico, and to be honest, the quality and designs are excellent. What’s more, the brand’s staff are very helpful, especially Eve and Pat – give them a pay rise :P. I really do recommend them.

Returned unopened products and was informed that a refund was not available, only store credit. This appears to be contrary to UK consumer rights for distance sales. I was disappointed by both the handling of the return and the responses to customer reviews. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer.

To clarify, our returns policy for socks is different from other items for hygiene reasons. As stated on our website and reiterated in our email communication with you, socks are totally non-returnable.
In this specific case, as a goodwill gesture, we provided store credit, which is fully usable across our range.
We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we did follow the policy communicated at the time of purchase and during the returns process. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

I made my first order mid march as a gift for my wife, the item arrived really fast and in perfect condition. Unfortunately id ordered the wrong size by mistake and the return system was super intuitive and really easy to complete along with being able to return for correct size. Once the item was returned the communication on the replacement being sent out was fantastic and clear. The correct size was delivered within the window stated on the returns policy and the new size fits perfect and my wife loves it. Really impressed with this company especially given I had issues (my own fault) they handled them with the upmost professionalism and I will absolutely be ordering again in yhe future.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service - in my experience I had to return items for a bigger size. The return process on the website was quick and easy. I returned them on the Saturday and they re-processed my order on the Monday. Great communication from the customer service team.
On another note, the quality of the product was very good. Love the tees.

Have ordered from here a few times. Clothes are good quality and shipping is quick. Customer service is top notch and they’re quick to reply and rectify things (I made a mistake with shipping address). Literally my favourite website to get clothes from.

I had a very positive experience with UN:IK Clothing.
