Wrong item received. Ordered a t shirt and a long sleeved sweatshirt arrived. Emailed and asked for return label and replacement. Was told the item is long sleeved as opposed to the description and photo on the website (of a t shirt) offered 15% discount code. Absolutely laughable, wish I had read the reviews before buying as this appears to be a common issue! Stay well clear of this company

everything on the website and about the ordering process was good and easy but i am concerned because this order is for a birthday gift and i haven’t received any tracking details or updates on my order yet. i ordered a week ago.

I love what I could do to the product... I wish I could have seen it completed to see if I wanted to change anything... Some sites let you see it as you build it

The sweater showed up much quicker than expected. The quality was wonderful, exactly what I wanted. Only suggestion is to have a mock up on the site when you order. I had to guess, and luckily it was a good one but it would be nice to know before it shows up.

I loved the gift. It was beautiful and arrived in time. I had expected to see a proof or some confirmation that it was coming so I was a little surprised it just showed up, but it was perfect so all was good.

Being from another country it's quite difficult to understand some of the steps that I have to make to complete the configuration of the product

Not good. Yes, the image itself was high quality but felt like a thick plastic coating. Unwearable. Also, the text on the reverse side was garbage English. I have received unsatisfactory customer service. Find alternative seller.

I ordered my customized pokemon card at the start of February and it arrived today. To be honest I thought I was being robbed because it took so much longer than it should have and I contacted them at least 4 times before the item was finally shipped (and they always gave me vague replies without explaining me the reason of the delay). I’d like to think that I was only being paranoid because of the bad reviews I saw online but a part of me thinks that maybe they simply would’ve ghosted me if I hadn’t been so pushy. Anyway, the card was perfect!!! Good quality just like the videos online. I simply recommend you to use PayPal for the payment and to buy it at least a few months in advance just to be sure it arrives in time.

The final product was amazing and worth the time it took to get to me. The bad part was waiting a month and by then it was way past Valentine's Day. However, I know our postal system and the President's stupid tariffs may have delayed my item
