I bought the NHS fleece zipped jacket which has very good quality of the cloth, exact sizing and fitting, the customization has been done perfectly and good delivery experience within a week. The jacket also keeps me warm in 18-20 degree C. Thankyou so much.

Amazing quality and excellent customer service
The customer service was excellent I was informed that our hospital name was to long and if this could be shortened or abbreviated to ensure that we could fit everything on the fleece that we wanted down to hospital, department, name the communication was absolutely great and this was a really quick process and within 48 hours after my email I had my fleece and it is absolutely perfect! X

Sorry to hear that the zipper on your garment has broken. I can't see that you have sent an email to our sales team informing us of this issue. As stated on our website we do ask customers to contact us by email to report any faults with their order or garment so that we can rectify the problem. Please email us to sales@uniformfactory.co.uk and send a photograph of the broken zipper. We will then deal with this accordingly. Thanks
