Amazing quality and support

I have used a multitude of printers and uniformation has been my absolute best experience. Not only uas the printer been consistently good for the last couple of years but support is amazing. Since purchasing my gk2, over time I have naturally run into issues that I was unsure how to resolve. Every single time I have been sent instructions how to fix the problem or replacement parts altogether. Moving forward I only plan to purchase uniformation printers

Innovation and reliability

I had a GKTwo from this company, and having been in the resin printing world for several years, it was a gigantic leap in quality and detail that no other company had ever achieved (like the (With heating) After a while, I decided to make the leap to the GK3T and it was the right decision. They continue to add those small details that users need and that other companies lack. They end up copying. I'm sure that next generation will add what we've asked for and will continue to be my go-to company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNIFORMATION3D

Unfortunately, this company operates in a highly deceptive manner, much like others in this category. They list items for sale that aren't actually in stock, leading customers to believe their purchase will ship promptly. In reality, once you've placed an order, you'll be waiting nearly a month for it to even begin processing. This tactic allows them to secure sales without maintaining inventory, as they only start production based on incoming orders.

When you follow up about the shipping delay, they often claim that new stock is "arriving soon" and promise your order will go out that week. Sadly, this is just another empty assurance to keep you waiting—expect to hear the same excuse repeatedly, week after week.

Customer support is extremely poor. Expect a delay of up to three days just to receive a response to your inquiries.

Even more frustrating, if you request a refund, they deduct a 5% handling fee—even for products that were never shipped or delivered. And if you happen to receive a defective part, like a broken printer component, you’ll be stuck waiting up to two months for a replacement.

In short, this company is unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid purchasing from them at all costs.

Bought 2 printers

Bought 2 printers, the first one was a GK3 Ultra which they promised shipping in mid November, then mid November I got a mail about delay until end of November, some days ago I wrote them asking about the printer and now they say they "start" shipping beginning of December, and not a word now about date of arrival. In the meantime I bought a GK3 and it shipped pretty fast so thats ok.

Worst online shopping of 2025.

This review is not intended as criticism, but as a warning for further possible custumers as of my self.

To give some credit to the company/brand, their product's are actully really good, one of the best considering all the feuture's and plug and play capacity.

The custumer services and shopping oppoins are one of the worst i ever seen it looks like buying something online in 2005. I do urge any potencional buyer to get some unit form local retailers the slightly higher price is less time expensive.

My experience on trying to buy one more unit from Uniformation it self was a 20 day no actual feedback for custumer service. I have maked an order without any process, the company does advertise the "stock" on their web site after not getting any process of my order i did reached out to custumer serviçes, to check up if there was any problem form my side. To my surprise the custumer service did tell me that there no unit's avaible in their european warehouse(in my opinion this should be disclaimed) after 2 weeks of that without any reponse or any previosion on when it would be possible to when the order could be processed i requested a full refund. what i got was an "ok" from cutumer service, and a parcially refund.

Felt robbed from todays online standard buyer experience this, for me was the worst experience in my life.

Unbeatable service

this is the first time i have felt the need to right a review but the service i received from information was unbeatable . I purchased a GK2 printer that exceeded my expectations. Due to a problem probably of my making resin was spilt through machine jamming the Z axis. contacting uniformation they asked me to run some diagnostic checks and sent me a Z axis, screen, motherboard, wiring harness and on off button. they also sent step by step instructional videos on how to replace all parts and most of the tools required. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and gained a deeper understanding of the equipment. followed there instruction and right back to printing. if you want a printer this company goes the extra mile.

DIY on a new printer with a cardinal error - manufacturer's instructions

Last year in September, I bought a GKtwo for work. Immediately after the first print, there were glitches on the screen. After a while, the screen would start to show glitches in the form of lines that would get thicker and thicker, and then go completely black. I asked for a replacement, but after several inquiries, the answer was unbelievable. I have to open the printer myself and look at the cable, according to their instructions. It seems that they are aware of the error, but are still selling that printer model. I wouldn't say anything if it were a cheap printer, but it is supposedly a high-quality and expensive device.

Llevo meses intercambiando correos

Llevo meses intercambiando correos , cambiando piezas, actualizando firmware, tirando resina...no funciona está impresora y no quieren encargarse de recogerla y devolverme el dinero, 1100€ tirados a la basura. He gastado muchas horas y resina en pruebas q debían hacer ellos.

Uniformation sent me a broken $850…

Uniformation sent me a broken $850 printer, didn't respond for 3 days and couldn't troubleshoot the problem.

They are now giving me the run around telling me to contact Amazon and not cooperative with my refund request after sending me a broken unit.

very disappointed. I'll being going with the Saturn 3 Ultra instead. Severely disappointed.

Purchased a returned printer

Purchased a returned printer, it had a stuck Z axis, was very little work to unstick, and the printer works perfectly once it was cleaned up, James from tech support has been amazing in fixing the issue as has Mia, recommend to anyone.
