I ordered the Daily Greens powder and became confused when it seemed like a totally different item had arrived.

It was explained to me that the Greens powder had received an upgrade in packaging and was reassured straight away that the product I'd received was the same as what I'd ordered.

To resolve it, they sent me an extra greens powder for free. I did not expect that, they didn't have to do that but I'm so appreciative of their generosity and attention to detail in customer service.

I had been wanting to stock up on the Hello Disc, and since it was out of stock on the Hello Period website, I found this shop on google and decided to order. I can vouch that it’s a legitimate business—my order arrived the very next day with a personal note from the CEO! Glad to support a woman-owned small business and will definitely shop here again.

Almost didn’t buy because there were so few trustpilot reviews and the price was too good, but glad I did risk it!
