I bought 3 jeans at this online store, it’s almost a month ago and I still didn’t received anything. I have called Many times but you can’t get contact with them. So I called dpd and they told me to fill in Some papers and mail it to Uneffected, wich is almost a week ago. At the moment I still didn’t got any messages and still don’t have my package or money back.

Excellent experience
So ordert at least 4 or 5 times at this online store and I hade never any issues. Customer service is always very polite and very quick in answering. I had never any problems with returning items and the jeans and tops I ordered are always a good quality and cool looking.
Definitely one of my favorite shops online! <3

I messaged you Directly week's ago saying my order was Never delivered and you never got back to me! I was getting constant updates saying it's on the way and after week's I got intouch with delivery company and they say the parcel never entered the UK!!! I'm still waiting my refund although I was much prefer the Birthday present Jean's I ordered for my Brother. My order was 14th August and Messaged you on 12th September still waiting a reply

MAJ du 27.09.2023 : De mieux en mieux !!! Maintenant ils prétendent que je ne les ai jamais contacté... Or j'ai une copie de mon message messenger resté sans réponse. Bref, je retente un mail sur une autre adresse de messagerie mais ils sont d'une mauvaise foi absolue.
Jeans trop grands renvoyés par colissimo le 16/08...Colis présenté le 4 septembre, dispo depuis à la Poste...Ils ne sont toujours pas allé le chercher et ils ne répondent ni sur leur site internet ni par messenger... Ca sent très fort l'arnaque!!!

Habe eine Jeansjacke mit Aufnähern bestellt und relativ zügig erhalten (ungefähr 1 Woche). Sah auf den ersten Blick alles gut aus, allerdings nun 3 mal getragen und der Aufnäher vorne löst sich bereits…
Sehr Schade, weil der Stil der Jacke echt cool ist, aber der Preis in Kombination mit der Qualität - das haut einfach nicht hin. Sowas sollte nicht passieren. Echt enttäuschend.

Don’t buy at this (online) store. They are scammers. When you return your items they don't refund the money. Although at first glance they seem very accessible through their communication channels (chat, email, whatsapp, telephone) they don't respond to anything.

Ordered two items. One was good, other one didnt fit. Returned the order on own costs almost 2 months ago, still no money back. With track and trace i can see it arrived at their office. after contacting them a lot of times, still no answer.
update: 01-09-23 Finally got money back, without even a single message. Maybe this review helped.

Item quality good but returning problems
The quality of the item is great for the price but i've had to return my item due to the size being off. i have tried to reach them about the return ive sent of the item twice and no responce. I read on their website to return from the uk their portal wont work so you just have to send it back on your own acord and ive done so but still no reply over email on the return process.

Update - been well over a month now, DPD tracking suggests that the item was returned to sender over w week ago, yet I’ve received no refund. I’ve sent multiple emails asking what’s going on - no response. Seems the business are just going to keep my money without sending me anything in exchange. Criminal behaviour.
Update - refund received which I’m happy with, however, communication throughout the whole process was poor.

Qualität schlecht. Zur Retoure ein fehlerhaftes Etikett erhalten. Nach Hinweis darauf keine Antwort mehr. Unseriös und kundenunfreundlich. Mach ich nie wieder. Zum Glück gibt es den Paypal Käuferschutz.
