Don’t really understand how people got a bad experience with them.
They are my go to brand for jeans for more than 2 years now. For sure in the more relaxed and tapered fit area. I have like 5 pairs of the same jeans, just because I like them so much. The quality and fit are the best I’ve ever fitted, definitely for the price. Also on shipping and customer care I have no complaints. Shipping takes about a week (Belgium) Once it took a bit longer, two and half weeks, but than without asking they send me an apologie with discount code.
On sizing, if you are a lean person go 1 size smaller for the comfortable fit. If you want a more slim snuck fit go even 2 sizes down.

3x een verkeerd product ontvangen van een ander merk wat ze ook produceren. Niet wat ik heb besteld. Uiteindelijk wel de goede broek mogen ontvangen, maar die is van slechte kwaliteit. Het duurt lang voordat je je geld terugkrijgt en de klantenservice leest je mail niet of nauwelijks

Geld wird nicht zurückerstattet. Habe am 10.05 eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen das die Retoure eingegangen ist. Stand heute, 06. Juni, immer noch kein Geld bekommen. Auf meine letzte Mail die schon mehrere Tage her ist wurde noch nicht geantwortet.

Kurz nach meiner Bewertung hier habe ich Antwort bekommen und das Geld wurde mir direkt überwiesen

I don’t agree with not getting money back after return. It took some time but without saying anything I still got it. I also made a mistake and they helped me with it. So 5 star😊

Hier habe ich Hosen bestellt, die leider alle nicht passten.
Eine Erstattung erfolgte nicht von allein und auf Nachfragen wurde auch nicht reagiert.
Erst nachdem Paypal eingeschaltet wurde, gab es eine Erstattung.
Mehr als schlecht.

Nina CS support@uneffected has emailed asking me to leave another review... It's still 1 star. No contact since asking me to remove my other 1 star TP. Still no apology and did not process refund. I had to request a chargeback through my bank. Also Jawa Rajab 5* review is affiliated with the company not a legit review.

EDIT REPLY: That's funny because I have an email here from PayPal showing my case had been closed in my favour, and a refund had been issued by them, not you. The refund was issued by PayPal 12th Feb. Still not received an apology for the horrendous service just further trying to cover your tracks. For a company who's CEO follows Gary Vaynerchuck think you need to watch some more of his content as you have no idea about customer satisfaction or how to effectively run a business.

Really delayed shipping, sizes of pants dont match to real size and worst customer service ever. I’ve returned my order on the 26th of february and still didn’t receive a refund even though they send me an email they’ve received the package. Can’t get in touch with them about the refund, the only response I get is an automatic reply that they are sorry that the refund is delayed, got the same email everytime. NEVER AND NEVER ORDER HERE, EVERYTHING IS A BIG SCAM AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. HEADACHE GUARANTEED!!!!!

Habe drei Hosen im Wert von 150 Euro bestellt. Alle drei Hosen waren zu klein und wurden an die genannte Adresse (Pathoekeweg 32D, 8000 Brugge) zurückgeschickt. Die Retoure hat knapp über 20 Euro gekostet. Laut Sendungsverfolgung ist das Paket in Belgien abholbereit. Auf Nachfrage bei der BPost erhielt ich die Information, dass es sich bei der o.g. Adresse um eine Privatadresse handelt. Da der Empfänger nicht Zuhause war, wurde das Paket an einem Postpunkt (Havenstraat 5, 8000 Brugge) hinterlegt. Von dort wurde es bis heute nicht abgeholt. Auf Nachrichten erhält man keine Antworten…
Sofern das Paket bis zum 29.03. nicht abgeholt wird, wird es zurück nach Deutschland geschickt. Demnach bekommt man kein Geld wieder. Absolute Abzocker und reiner Betrug!!!!

Nächster Schritt: Anzeige wegen Betruges + Einschalten eines Rechtsanwaltes

Don’t fall for their catchy instagram Ads. Product quality is very bad. Customer support does not exist. They never respond to emails. I had to raise a complaint in PayPal to get my refund. I’ll never buy gain and do not recommend either.

They didnt answer my emails i lost 115€ And The Jeans Nobody is answering i Ordered two Jeans i send them back And Nobody was there to Receive The Package

Con artists will take your money and refuse to refund you (won’t reply to message)
Returned the item back in September and still haven’t been refunded for £170

Had to wait weeks for delivery. Was saying ready for shipment for weeks. There was no reaction on any from or getting in contact.
Not buying again there!

I ordered at march 4th, today is the 22th and i still didnt receive my order. On top my delivery Service didnt update the status since 3 days. Dont order here.

Hele mooi broek. Precies zoals op de foto. Kwaliteit ook heel erg goed, alleen de levering ging wat moeizaam. Ik had extra betaald voor snelle verzending en kreeg de broeken pas binnen +-6 dagen.
