I had the shoes for about 2 weeks, and they already started ripping open on the side. I love the design of them, but the quality isn’t good.

Shoes: first impression is excellent, looks & feels good, sized rather small, so as suggested i ordered a size larger than normal. that way they fit perfectly. Obviously i can not say much about the quality yet but they seem great.
Customer Service: due to a problem with my local mail provider, the package was returned to Portugal. With much help from Laura at Undo's international customer service desk, who kept contact with me constantly, it could be located quickly and i received it not a week later. Many thanks, Laura! Lots of other customer service desks could learn from you - Great Job!!!

Sehr schlechte Qualität. Ich würde dringend vom Kauf abraten, die Naht/Lederimitatoberfläche ist bereits nach einer Stunde Tragen an verschiedenen Stellen gerissen und die Sohle nutzt sich ebenfalls sehr schnell ab.

The shoes (Nuven Vanilla Rainbow 2) are super comfortable, but now after 3 months the left one is starting to crack and I don‘t know how to fix it (and I‘ve only worn them for work and events I had to dress business casual for).

Very, very, very bad customer service.
I bought a pair of shoes and they delivered the shoes in such a bad quality ive never seen bevore, they also looked like someone weared them already… then i reached out to the customer service. They told me that they will send me a returnlabel for the shoes and will send me a new pair. But since 3 weeks i havent heard of them again… so dont buy something from that company.

Soles went off after wearing the shoes twice. Trying to get my money back takes 6 weeks now with no end in sight.
Super bad customer service, on the fringe of beeing a scam company.

Normally I never write reviews, but this time I feel compelled to. First they send shoes with a completely black sole. The advertising was actually misleading as the shoes appear on their website with a dotted sole. They then offer to exchange them for a pair with a dotted sole as shown on their website. All good until I receive an email that they cannot exchange the shoes because they have apparently already been worn. Which is not true at all. So they first send the wrong shoes and then say they don't want to exchange them anymore. Never experienced this before! Worst customer service ever. In addition, their communication can also be much better. I won't recommend them to friends....Unfortunately!

Os tênis são muito bonitos, mas pensei que ia ser mais confortável. A sola é ok, mas tem um “destrói calcanhar” que nem o All Star. Comprei o nuvem creme e o material tem uma textura meio de papel, vai ficar imundo em pouco tempo com certeza. Pelo menos é lavável eu acho.
Espero que laceie com o tempo.
A forma também é meio pequena.
No geral não achei que vale o preço.

I've been trying to reach the customer service team for over 3 weeks as I made an order 5 weeks ago that has never arrived. I've not gotten a response on the status of my order. Currently trying to cancel the order but still have not gotten a response since last week. Not sure what is going on...

Very good service! Accidently, I ordered the wrong size; e-mailed the servicedesk and sent the shoes back. Two days later the correct size was delivered.

We already bought two pairs of shoes and love them. The design and style are timeless and innovative with a sustainable approach (all vegan shoes).
We experience great support when buying the shoes on the Stylista Market in Estoril, and great online support when buying via their online shop (quick delivery in Portugal). We look forward for more designs in the future.

Bought my second pair of shoes and do really like them! Very comfortable shoes, quick shipment!

I have ordered 3 Times. First I ordered Nuven black mambo in dec- 2021, it has sings of wear but are still good. 2nd order was Nuven Blue Blend in nov. 2022 and that pair is still like new. Last order was in july 2023, i ordered Easy Breezy Galaxy Black I never want to give these shoes away again. Deliverytime was always acceptable.
