Customer service better than expected.
Contacted over a data descrepancy between ticket booked through underpricer and information reported by Icelandic air on the ticket in thier app. On line response was specific and concise and follow up response within hours to confirm resolution. Much better than I expected as I did not think this would end well. But overall much better and satisfactory resolution.

Horrendous experience! We flew from the US to London, and then from Paris back to the US. They CHANGED THE DATE of our returning flight to a day earlier without any clear notice. We got a flight reminder 90 minutes before the flight, which at that point we could not make, and they would not change our flight or refund us. We had to purchase entirely new tickets on a different airline the day before we had to return to the US, which cost us thousands for seven of us. If you think it will save you money up front, DO NOT DO IT!!!

The moment I needed to talk to customer service it was incredibly easy and I received a phone call back within the minute. They answered my questions and had all the info I needed. Everything has been very easy on Underpricer and I’ll definitely use this service again.
Underpricer IS A SCAM, DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH THEM
Underpricer is a total scam. Do not purchase tickets from them. They mislead and misrepresent their offer and then their "support" repeatedly gaslight you and run you in circles when you file a complaint. Their support does not understand English nor do they actually work for Underpricer, it is some generic Asian support that knows absolutely nothing. This is not a real company, it is a scam. The phone number and address they list on their support emails do not correspond with a real business, nor does the website that uses the phone number.
Even worse, is that Kayak (which I've used countless times in the past) lists their offers and then will also gaslight you when you complain because they just repeat what Underpricer says.
DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH Underpricer! And if you find a ticket on Kayak, leave Kayak and go directly to that airline or company's website (Orbitz, Expedia, etc.)

Flights cancelled after booking and ticketed without any reason
All seemed ok and was booked and ticketed but 3 days later the funds were returned to my credit card and no message from Underpricer. I contacted their Customer service and asked why the funds were returned. Nothing. I called in the afternoon, a guy looked the flights up and said they had been cancelled today but didn’t know why. Very bad to do this and not contact me.

Terrible customer service – rude staff and disconnected calls
I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Underpriced. After canceling a trip due to health issues, I never received a confirmation email, and the airline confirmed they have no record of my refund credit.
When I called to resolve this, the representative I spoke with was incredibly aggressive and rude. Instead of helping me track down my missing credit, they became defensive and hostile.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold for 41 minutes. Just as I was supposedly "next in line" to speak with someone, the call was disconnected from their end. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when they are trying to recover their own money. I still do not have my refund or any written confirmation of my cancellation

I recently booked a length and very expensive flight through “kayak” that was just underpricer with a mask in. Worst customer service, run by an ineffective AI chat bot. Multiple scammy phone calls to try to upsell seats, and then seat selection was not available. They were unable to get me any kind of confirmation outside of what’s ap and I had to go through the physical airline desk every stop. When I couldn’t access boarding passes day of, each of the airlines told me I had to go through the other airline and Underpricer’s staff told me (day of flight) I could speak with an agent in 3 days. Absolute 0 star company

They called me to check if I change my flight directly with the airlines and sent me a couple of emails when they could not reach me by phone and I felt this was very responsible on their part to ensure that everything was in order prior to travel

All the flights I booked were successfully confirmed, and the price was unbeatable — I was genuinely so pleased. They truly made my dream holiday come true, and I can’t thank them enough for that.
Everything was booked exactly as it should have been — there were no missing flight legs, no missing checked luggage, and even a meal was added to the Jetstar flight to Bali, which was a really nice and unexpected touch considering it’s a low-cost airline.
The only slight issue was the communication after booking. I wasn’t sure what was happening for about an hour before I received the confirmation email, which made me feel a little uncertain at the time. I also reached out through the WhatsApp business account with a few queries, but unfortunately I didn’t get a response.
That said, the service they provided was excellent overall, and despite that little hesitation at the beginning, I would definitely use Underpricer again.
