Made an order and they sent me the wrong thing, they said they would rectify this but haven't heard from them since. Do not buy from here

After contacting them informing them that evri lost my package I was promised for my chains to be resent, I have emailed 4 times since Inquiring no reply just being totally ignored

I was guaranteed delivery of the necklace that I ordered as a Christmas present, when it didn't arrive by Christmas eve I contacted undeniable London by email to cancel the order, and requested a full refund. They got back to me to apologise, and said I could have a refund once I received the item and returned it, it eventually arrived on 2nd January, I have contacted them numerous times about returning it and have had absolutely no reply. I not only had to replace the Christmas gift, but now I have a necklace that looks like rusty cheap metal that I don't want and have had to pay for, terrible customer service!!

The quality of the products are exceptional and delivery was fast. Worth shopping with you.

Excellent product, price and delivery

I made 2 different purchases before Christmas and still nothing I let my son pick which he wanted as he has autism and adhd. It stated on the website when buying that it was guaranteed delivery for Xmas and still nothing. My son is very distressed about this and still asking everyday where his chains are. I’ve sent emails and messages on Facebook and I’ve had hardly no response think I’ve had 2 replies from it all. I’m really really upset especially after seeing good reviews

My grandson saw the necklace and wanted it for his 16th birthday so sent me his wish list! Not often buying from the internet I was very impressed with the whole service and he and I were delighted with the item.
Took a bit longer to arrive than stated but it was just before Christmas so as expected. Well done very happy x

Very poor communication I ordered 3 crucifix necklaces for my 3 sons only received one , contacted well before Christmas after several emails I got an email saying they are with the courier , Christmas and new year have passed I have sent several emails again as I have not received my 2 necklace but still no update very angry and disappointed with this company

Ordered in sept 25 have not received, they take ages to answer emails , apparently a 2nd chain went missing g ,,then I was told I'd be updated imminently that was 4 weeks ago , awful site

I have not yet received the item which was a Christmas gift it is now 2/1/26 and I am more than disappointed
