The pellet probe on my Umarex Guantlet 2 broke. I had to send my rifle to Umarex for repair. Shipping was $40. Umarex didn't have the part in stock so they shipped an brand new rifle to me the next day. No questions asked.

Umarex Komplete is great. Your scope sucks. Ditched it and bought a different one.

The regulator was supposed to be factory set at 2000psi. It was over 3200+. The gun has leaked air from the very start. The gun leaks 200-300PSI every day. I am not happy about that.
The gun is very accurate and gets plenty of shots, but it is worthless if I have to send it back for repairs and wait months to get it back. With no guarantee that the next one won't leak just as bad. It should have been leak checked before it was sent to me. I am very disappointed. I hesitated for a year on getting one of these because of all the seals that can leak but I finally took a chance and here I am with a leaking gun from day one.

Purchased a new Glock 19 CO2 pistol.
Magazine was defective. Spewed BB's out. Couldn't use the gun.
Mason sends me a return label to ship the mag back and I have to pay for shipping. It's only $11 on their site and $10 for shipping. Even ebay has them for $12 shipped.
I sent 3 emails and nobody replied or tried working a deal on just selling me a new mag.
I was able to ship gun back to Sportsman's guide even though it was non returnable. I told them Umarex wasn't helpful with their defective gun so they made an exception so I could ship the piece of junk back.
I have 3 other Umarex's and will never buy another one again.

The Umarex USA Co2 pistol is an excellent addition to my Umarex USA collection. With the multiple 8rd pellet/BB holders attached to the mag, it is easy to reload and continue shooting very quickly. Very good power for 1 Co2 cylinder and easy to keep target aim with the built-in sights. An excellent purchase for the cost, and delivered to my home in very good time.

I was trying to order a fill probe for an iconix. I was unable to find one. I was unable to get help on whether the one I actually did order from u will work on my rifle. I ordered it bc some people on reddit said it may work and it was better than having nothing. Some clarification on the website would be great. I still don't know if this thing is gonna work.

Good price eye releaf is go. Mounted it on a break barrel. Time will tell if it can handle the recoil

These are great. I'll buy more. And I tell people all the time how great they are. And the cartridges I orders got here quickly. Get out there and start plinking.
