Fast shipping and a great product line. I particularly like the Titan G4 Titanium Band for my Apple Watch Ultra 3, especially the magnetic clasp, which practically closes itself. The G4 band is beefy and rugged, even. It is wider than my previous bands and quite comfortable.

I also have a loop band, likewise comfortable, and a Titan FKM Sport Band in Starlight. Overall, a great set of offerings. My only gripe is how much they have dropped their prices since I bought my bands. Get yours now before the price goes up!

At first impression the band was great. it felt a bit heavy for being Titanium
What surprised me was that when I tried to size it by removing two lugs, under the lug was like rust where both metal parts rub. I tried cleaning since being titanium it shouldn't rust but it seems stained and tarnished. This disappointed me very much.
I tried to go online and request a return for a refund, but despite me receiving over two weeks back, in your system it appears as not delivered so it does not allow me to request the return process. I would like to request a return for refund.

Please let me know how to proceed with a return process.

I have to update my review to 4 Stars because the company customer support was top level in resolving my issue. This company really backup their product quality and made sure they did what was necessary to resolve and make sure I was satisfied with the service received. I was just unlucky with my specific bracelet and they made sure to make it right. Their customer service is 5Stars

Frankly I didn't like the looks of the Milanese band for my apple watch ultra 3 and put it away for good as I don't agree with your return conditions. Nobody should have to pay S&H for returns in today's world

I stumbled across this website while I was looking for a titanium band for my new Ultra 3. After reading the reviews, I ordered a black G4 Titan band with a magnetic clasp, which arrived promptly.

The shipment I received was well-packed, and inside was not only the band but also the tools to change the links. The included instructions were easy to follow, Warning: remove the links one at a time—I removed four, and found that that was two too many.

The band is a bit wider than the one I had on my original Ultra, but I like the extra width. It is a comfortable band, plus it looks great. I hesitated to order the magnetic clasp, but decided to give it a try. The magnet is strong enough to close the band with little effort. While I always double check that it is secure, it locks into place.

Are the links stiff? Yes, but just run your fingers over the band to flatten any stubborn links. Simple. For me, that just says the links are milled for a close tolerance. The band is sturdy but lightweight, so I’m not worried whether it can take a beating—I’m sure it can.

All in all, I am satisfied with this product and won’t hesitate to order other bands.

Recieved an awesome band as a gift. I had an issue installing it later to find out something wasn't right. I reached out and right away from a representative. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Definitely recommend doing business with them.

Prior to buying the titanium watch band for the Apple Watch Ultra 3, I made contact with support to ask questions about the size of the band and whether half links were provided.
Support got back to me promptly and answered all questions to my satisfaction.
The support officer was very helpful and said the company was continually improving their products.
I have since purchased the band and very happy with the purchase.

I recently tried the Ultra Supply Apple Watch band and, overall, I had mixed feelings. Unfortunately, the material didn’t live up to my expectations. It felt firm and somewhat unforgiving against my skin, which made it uncomfortable to wear, especially for extended periods. Comfort is a top priority for me with watch bands, and this one missed the mark in that area.
On a more positive note, the hardware is well-made and has a quality finish. The color matches the Apple Watch Ultra nicely, which I appreciated — it definitely looks good from a design standpoint.
That said, due to the uncomfortable feel, I don’t see myself using this band for long stretches. It might work for short wear or specific occasions, but it’s not a go-to for all-day use.
