Displeased with customer service
I installed a z flash and it had no power, after going back and forth in a chat I was told I would receive a call days ago, still no call. So I went to drive the truck 2019 f250 and it would not shift. I found that somehow a fuse blew after the installation. I removed the z flash and changed the fuse but still no call. One of the plugs has a broken lever. I'm not sure if I should get a replacement or return it.

I see that you called on 11/5 and we contacted the specialist for this product and asked him to give you a call and I see that you called us on 11/6 to say that the lever on the large harness had broke. You can send the product back for a refund or a replacement. It is up to you since it has been less than (30) days

Thank you for your review! The outputs on the Z-Flash LCM can have surface mount lights wired up to them but a lightbar draws too much power. If you like, you can hardwire the Z-Flash to a light controller and then use that to control the Z-Flash and the lightbar. We appreciate your business!
Quality Quick and Easy
I can’t believe how easy it was to install, less than five minutes. The flash patterns are excellent, you can choose what you want to flash and what not by dip switches. What’s really cool, you can activate your Z Flash by using your key fob and the vehicle doesn’t have to be started. Ultra Bright Lightz pays attention to detail, the actual Z Flasher module has four holes for mounting which is very convenient. The Z Flasher is excellent, a great quality vehicle flasher.

Overall experience was good it took over ah month to received my z flash module it wasn’t till after I checked out & paid that I got an email saying they ware in back order so was gonna wait another 2 weeks for them to come in & it will be mailed to my house

The customer contacted us saying that his vehicle would not start. We contacted the customer and offered assistance but the customer ignored our response. If we had received a response back we would have offered to exchange the item if it was defective to get the customer taken care of.

When I had trouble connecting the zflash I spoke with Tyler who quickly informed me as to what I was doing wrong. I had it installed within fifteen minutes. Works great.
