Isn't doing a thing for me! I've used it 9 weeks while being on a very strict carnivore diet, NO change. VERY disappointed in the return policy. They said I had 90 days, BUT did not tell me I had to take a picture with a date & time stamp each week to prove that I was using it. So they would not accept my return since I didn't have weekly pictures. Glad it was only $69.99

I've only been using it for a few weeks and have noticed smoother skin already. I didn't expect much from it but it works amazing and feels very relaxing. I've used it alongside with the gel and it really does stimulate circulation. Would definitely buy again.

I used the device for the first the time. After about 15 mins each on my thighs and belly, I started to feel burn on my skin. I jumped right into the shower with cold water but it does not stop the burn issue. Don’t buy this product!

All I can say is Wow! Stubborn muffin-hip pouches are disappearing after just 2 weeks and skin is noticeably firmer. Having lost weight very fast a few years ago, toning was more of a concern than weight loss, and this product is a game-changer.

A complete scam!! Avoid at all costs. They have fake reviews on their website. Claim to be featured in Vogue and other credible sources but in reality they have not been featured. Its all a scam and drop ships from China. Impossible to get a refund. The gel also burns your skin and leaves marks. IT IS UNSAFE TO USE!! At this point its safe to say I was scammed and not getting my money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!!

I placed a review on their actual site that has not posted. I have told 5 people about the site to order and each time I keep seeing only 3 in stock. How could this be if myself and 5 others have ordered? I just hope and pray that this is not a scam. I have called customer service for the past few days, only to get a recorder. The video on their site was pointed out to me as being very grainy, this should have been a clue that this site is not as legit as the reviews on their site.

Another update.....I finally got results from customer service after I told them i was in contact with my credit card company. They sent me a new unit. Update to my original review. Item no longer works.....customer service will not respond to my emails.....I'm 61 years old. Spent $6k last year on liposuction for my saddlebags. Lipo does not remove cellulite and I wasn't 100% satisfied with my results. Instead of spending another $4k to get the results I want, I decided to use this product after reading the reviews. Item comes from overseas so prepare to wait for at least 10 days. Customer service is great until there's a problem, then they dissappear. My product did not arrive like some others I saw on their website. No fancy box with pink satin lining. My EMS does not work unless I move the cord where it connects into the unit. My items were in plastic bags opened. I reached out to customer service several times and "Jane" always seemed to respond. Asked me to send a video of the EMS not working. I questioned what good a video would do if the EMS has no sound and you can't actually see it working. I asked for a replacement or i would return it. That was the last time they were willing to work with me. I truly believe my product is a returned, used item. With that being said, it does work, but be prepared to use it faithfully and give yourself time, like months. Buy your own gel, their gel gave me a serious reaction and was expensive. I use clear Aloe Vera. Concentrate on a small area, don't cover too large of an area and move slow, dont rush the unit. Make sure you drink plenty of water, continue to eat right and exercise and you will get the results you want.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This company not honouring refunds. I returned the product unused from the Post Office because after I bought it I found out about all of the health risks. They refuse to answer my emails, they kept the returned product and won't refund me the money. Their website did not clearly list all the health risks and they continue to ignore my emails. I bought this product back in December and it is now end of February and they are still ignoring all my emails.

Caused me horrible welts, machined Nothing, other thn red light, I returned devices, Failed to get refund ,company Ignores all communications other then to purchase. I returned device to where it was sent from, they are obviously drop ship company & Not actually the true owners of device. The device is small and requires use 5x per week on each area to supposedly see improvement. After spending hours upon hours each week to see results, I did not. More importantly, this business does not stand behind their product. I have been trying to return the device for refund for weeks, with the run around. I have jumped through the hours of pointless activities and now the business is non-responsive. At this time I have accepted that I was scammed by this company so it is my goal to share my experience on every platform I can find to prevent others from buying this product.

The product comes with clear instructions, making the treatment process simple and convenient. Moreover, the customer service provided was exceptional. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with valuable tips to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment.

SCAM*. NO PULSATION, NO INFRARED LIGHT HANDLE GETS HOT.
Bought 2 by mistake, charged for 2, received only 1. Nobody replies to my issues, no phone number.

I purchased this product under the impression that there is a risk free guarantee.
There really is not, you have to read the fine print.
I purchased the special gel, it did not work on my skin, as the device needs to glide over the skin, and their gel absorbs too quickly to allow that to happen.
When I asked for a refund, they refused, based on the fine print in their return policy.

I am not in the least satisfied with your response. It is very obvious what my receipt says (I don't need a reminder), that does not mean that it accurately reflects the transaction.

Your advertisement specifically stated that I would receive three (3) gels and it had the picture of 3 gels next to it. I also included a screenshot where it shows on my invoice "3 gels", though on the same invoice it does reflect "1" in the quantity column for the gel.

The following occurred:
1. Your advertisement link specifically stated "3 gels" and showed the picture of 3 gels next to it
2. The invoice I received stated "3 gels" in the product description category but also reflected "1" in the quantity column on the SAME invoice
3. On the receipt I received after I was charged it showed a "1" in the quantity column

This equates to DECEPTIVE advertising. I will definitely make a formal complaint and a bad review for your company. In your email response, your representative didn't even apologize for my experience or for what may have been misleading information, your representative immediately went on the defensive. Terrible customer service!

In closing, how can your company be charging $30.00 for a product that is all over the internet for an average of $9 (Nine Dollars)?

I have had my ultra-cavitat for a week and the results are amazing. I use it on myself, my mother, and my bets friend. Since my purchase, four of my friends have purchased one for themselves. It does take patience and time everyday but it is worth every minute and money.

Do not buy. Rubbish product. No electric pulse strong enough for any change. Red lights is only thing that works. Not even Infa red.

When I requested a return, I was advised as per their return policy, “ They recommend using 5 times per week. Taking a photo each week and then after 10 weeks send them the status photos (with dates) of the area so they can gauge whether or not there has been progress. If they don’t agree with my position they can then deny the return. I do not have such a smartphone that takes photos with dates (too complicated even for me to figure out)! No more replies from Ultra-Cavitat! Please, do yourself a favor- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I'll file a complaint with BBB; then I'll go "higher"!

I have been using this machine for a few weeks along with a massage oil I purchased at Amazon. I have seen & felt a difference in my legs & arms. My skin is smoother & tighter. If you exercise on a regular basis, the massaging & exercise will make a world of difference in your skins appearance.
