Great company to deal with. Very efficient and friendly service. Very understanding of our business needs. Willing to listen and help with any challenges that may come up.
I would recommend Ultimate Finance to all my industry colleagues.

UF are very responsive, there is always someone available to help with any queries. They seem to go out of their way to be helpful

As a business we need to have confidence in any financial bodies that we use. After many years Ultimate Finance continue to be a solid and reliable cornerstone for us. The team are always on hand to assist with any queries and our client manager Ben is always very easy to work with and fits seamlessly with our work ethics. Looking forward to continuing our working relationship.

Ultimate stepped in at last moment as an invoice finance provider. Adam and his team moved mountains to get an acceptable deal onboard in record time.... 10 working days from initial conversation to payout! Overcame a lot of obstacles put in the way by 3rd parties. On a day to day basis operationally very good - Ahmed who manages our ledger provides very prompt communication - which is a huge change from what we were used to with a previous provider. All round ten out of ten!

ive been with Ultimate for quite a few years, they are always there to help and i believe communication is a big factor within business and this is what we get from them if you need help they will find a way to help you so yes we are very happy with there service

Ultimate Finance offer complete trust and peace of mind and assures us that CS Onsite Solutions are in good hands surrounding our funding requirements, they clearly understand that the professional welfare of our contract staff is of top priority to us and that this is how we maintain a successful profitable business. The service offered by Ultimate Finance allows us to concentrate on the running and growth of the business at ground level with the confidence that we have the funding facility behind the scenes delivering us with a professional, friendly and compliant banking facility to complement our high standards and all the hard work involved running a Construction Recruitment business.

Ultimate Finance gives an exclusive personal service. CS Onsite Solutions have built an excellent relationship with the staff namely Helen Rushworth, Hannah Lester and Jackie Hunt. Everyone we have worked with has been superb at spotting errors and generally getting the "job done". The team are always happy to respond to any concerns and have made it transparent that they will endeavour to work with us through any challenges we may incur in our business.

I would describe Ultimate Finance as efficient, cost effective and personal.

Would I recommend Ultimate Finance ? 110% I would !!!

Ben Hunter and his team at Ultimate Finance are professional, responsive, and truly understands our business needs. Their processes are efficient from start to finish — everything is explained clearly, and they always go above and beyond to ensure we have the support we need.

The level of customer service and attention to detail really sets them apart from other factoring companies. Communication is always prompt and friendly.

We have been with Ultimate for a few years now, but have used other IDF companies before and Ultimate are far more helpful and easy to deal with.

Great deal team. Very responsive and full of practical ideas. Good access to their decision-making credit authority. Followed through on what they promised.

Ultimate Finance have been great to work with, responsive, supportive, and efficient.

They’ve made managing our funding simple and stress-free.

Our relationship manager Dan is always on hand if any additional needs are required.

Dawn explained the process so clearly and was extremely patient with all the questions I had. As a business we've never used this type of facility before so took a bit to get my head around. The support is amazing and Jack is always so quick to respond and sort out any problems or answer any queries.

Great Invoice Factoring

As a company we have been using Ultimate Finance since Jan 2025.

Getting on board with them was a easy process, and since we have been with them, the service we have received has been excellent.

Terri & Louis who are my contacts with the company have always been very helpful and always there to assist.

Would highly recommend them.

We got Ultimate Finance onboard recently, and I have to say, I am very impressed by the tailored service offering and exceptional personal approach.

They spent a lot of time understanding our business, so they can offer us the best fitting financial product and service, and were extremely patient with us during our onboarding.

Not to mention, they are a bunch of lovely people, who are great to work with.
Thank you, Julian Cassen, Simon Bell and Holly West for all your help in such an important undertaking.

We have just re-joined Ultimate Finance and I thought I would just put on here what I have emailed to our credit controller (Sharon Evans) which says everything I needed to say!
"I just wanted to say thank you everso much with helping (and continuing to help) me with sorting everything out with our uploaded invoices. You are so very kind, helpful and understanding, letting me know what/how is the best way to resolve issues with things like part-payments/overpayments etc. I also have complete confidence that you will help me when I make a mistake (it does happen!) or my computer does something very strange (again, it has happened)!
You're an absolute treasure to work with (and so is Lesley, our account Manager) - we seem to have gotten along from the very first. From our last experience with Ultimate I'm not surprised. Ultimate clearly employs the very best and I'm so grateful for everything you do. Replying to my emails one evening is above and beyond the call of duty!
My husband and I feel very safe and secure working with you and Lesley, and indeed everyone we have ever dealt with at Ultimate. It is making our lives so much easier.
Thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou!

We have been using Ultimate Finance for 5 years and the service they supply is fantastic. Ben Hunter, our account manager, is always on hand to help, offer advice and nothing is to much trouble. I highly recommend this company.

Maclean Services have been supported by Ultimate Finance since 2013 and it has been a very well managed relationship. We have been very satisfied working with them over the years.
Our current relationship manager Simon Bell has been very meticulous in the scrutiny of our monthly management account which I find very helpful in putting the Company in a forward-thinking financial position.
His incredible advice along with the input from his colleagues have made the facility to run smoothly.
The speed and agility with which he has built and maintained a strong relationship with Maclean Services is quite remarkable and I hope other client in his portfolio will say the same of him.
Simon has been increasingly hands on. He has visited our office and made contact/communication more than any other relationship manager we have ever had in our 12 years working relationship with Ultimate.
The team of Simon, Sharon and James have provided timely up to date information on the E3 portal and Facility, this has helped our cash flow projection which is invariably and of the main objective of having Ultimate finance as a partner in our business.
Simon, has set a bench mark in my mind by which I will measure any other relationship that we may have in the future.

Client Testimonial for Alastair Logan – Ultimate Finance

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Alastair Logan, and we truly cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the very beginning, Alastair demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and care.

What truly sets him apart is his unwavering commitment — he supported us far beyond standard expectations, even extending his help after working hours and during his personal holidays. He was always just a phone call away, consistently responsive, calm, and solution-focused, no matter the time or situation.

Alastair took on multiple roles for us — advisor, advocate, and unwavering ally — and handled every challenge with grace and determination. He championed our case with sincerity and integrity, and we are genuinely grateful for his efforts.

Working with someone of Alastair’s calibre was not only reassuring but also deeply appreciated. He is a rare gem in the industry, and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have had his guidance and support.

Thank you, Alastair — for everything.
