Product was exactly as described and performs its stated functions very well.
I can recommend ulefone, and I will definately be a return customer.
Although it might be a while because ulefone produce exceptionally robust devices that can stand up to a serious kicking. I work in the outdoors and need a robust device that is dependable, reliable and consistent. This is where ulefone devices shine.
I normally just bring basic rugged devices with me when in the mountains and the armor mini 5 serves this purpose well.
Very happy so far, and actually might pick up a flagship rugged smart device from ulefone to test out in the mountains in the near future.

I have the phone just a short time and…
I have the phone just a short time and so far all good.
The phone came with all the bits and pieces that you need to get going i.e. screen protector.
The phone was easy to set up, just plug and play with my existing phone and the transfer was seamless.
Just had to resign into any of my accounts.
Happy with the purchase of my new armour 20t.

You are uncontactable and do not respond to emails. You have a product I paid over €400 for which I can't get any response from you about. I am getting sick of emails that are not responded to and I know my rights as a customer. Very disappointed after dealing with yous over the years. So you're lucky to get one star.
