My only issue was the advertisement stated made in South Carolina, USA. I had a foreign transaction fee on my credit card bill. I feel that is misleading, as I try to buy products made in the USA. I have received many compliments on both the sweaters I purchased.

I think the product is very poorly made ... I asked them how to return...They offered me 18 dollars of the 149.00 that i paid and that i could keep the sweaters.. HAHA what a joke. I told them that wasnt good enough so then they offered 36$

I really like the sweater a lot, great quality and very flattering. I felt that delivery could have been quicker. Delivered 30 days after order date.

The shopping was easy. My only disappointment was that the stripes on the shirt were slightly off from each other. One side was good , the other off. Being a seamstress, I notice those little things. Otherwise it was all good !

I was Leary because they took a really long time to receive. The tracking did not work and I began to get worried. Customer service was responsive and asked me to be patient. When they arrived I was very pleased with the quality and fit of the items. I will not hesitate to order again when I can wait for a few weeks for it to arrive.

This is a scam from China. The same thing happened to me in the past on another web page.
They refuse to accept returns. Just offer &25 in compensation.

I was happy with the products I received. Good quality my only concern is that because I’m petite hoping the have xs option.

I have send at least 20 or more email asking for return information. Please help me take care of returning two of the three sweaters.

The items I bought were even better than the pictures. Totally pleased with the quality and look. I will definitely be ordering again. Note- fro the time you place your order to when you receive it may be 6-7 weeks but totally worth the wait.

I ordered 5 items one being the grey sweater. Perfect fit and great fabric. However 3 of the other items all the same size were too small and the quality of the material was disappointing. I have contacted them several times to return the items. They first offered me 18.00 and said to keeps them. I declined that because the amount I spent for just those 3 was over 140.00. Then they offered me 35.00. I find both amounts insulting considering the amount I spend. I just want to return abs they done seem to want to send me a return form I will donate them if they don't want them back but I would need a better refund. This has been going on since I received them on January 19th and now they are not responding at all
Be careful of sizing and don't count on customer service

Product (sweaters) seem to be of a good quality.
However, shipping took way too long!

Love the feel of the sweaters I purchased!

I bought 3 tops and I love them all. The quality and the price both great. The tops run true to size. I was surprised and pleased with how quickly my purchase arrived. I will be shopping with Ulciy again.

Never order from the company before, was concerned about receiving the items. They came in 10 days and delivered with care
